Hugh H. Solo travelers Australia, May 15, 2013	Terrible - do not stay here! Location - there were no others 4 The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. The walls in the room, stairwell and corridors were filthy. The room was only serviced once during my four day stay and even this did not include changing the sheets. The staff were appalling! They spent the whole time watching video games and were totally unresponsive. They offered no advice or assistance. There was no breakfast and the few times I ordered coffee in the coffee shop it was only just warm. My complaint was met with a shrug of the shoulders. I have booked many hotels through Agoda and this was by far the worst ever. There are far better options for the same price

Van B. Business travelers Vietnam, May 09, 2013	The room is quite old, not clean, TV not working. Near the river bank. 3.7 It's too bad. I must change the room 3 times. Receptionist is not friendly. My trip extended to 3 days more. But I changed to another hotel (Riverside hotel).
