Terrible - do not stay here!

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. The walls in the room, stairwell and corridors were filthy. The room was only serviced once during my four day stay and even this did not include changing the sheets. The staff were appalling! They spent the whole time watching video games and were totally unresponsive. They offered no advice or assistance. There was no breakfast and the few times I ordered coffee in the coffee shop it was only just warm. My complaint was met with a shrug of the shoulders. I have booked many hotels through Agoda and this was by far the worst ever. There are far better options for the same price

It's too bad. I must change the room 3 times. Receptionist is not friendly. My trip extended to 3 days more. But I changed to another hotel (Riverside hotel).

There is no elevator in the hotel, I just had a small carry-on suitcase, but for travelers with bigger suitcases it might be a problem. The room is clean, the bathroom large but simple, the shower is just in the middle of the room at the wall. The air condition can’t cool down the whole room, but it was ok. Nevertheless, this hotel was better than the first one in which I stayed in Vientiane. And I have to mention, the shower was hot, that’s not self-evident.

Great location but unprofessional staffs
Great location. Large bed. Near night market and restaurants.

The hotel is at great location where you can easyly find restaurants nearby and just need several steps to night market by the river. However, the staff in charge when I live there is poor at English so I cannot ask him anything for information. The bathroom is not well-designed, the shower is at the middle with no bathroom curtain, everything from floor to the toilet can be wet after shower. There are no money exchange service nearby, you have to come to Morning Market or banks.
