Rm. 111 has no AC! Very loud! DIsappointed
5 minutes walk to the River, right next to the Fountain
6.7
The room we got has a broken AC! It was mid-April so it was very very hot. The staff was trying (or may be pretending) to be helpful. He came in to check the AC for 30 secs and said he would try to find a new room for us, but never came back! We paid about USD40 for the room (Rm. 111). It was not cheap for the budget hotel. Don't stay here!

Central location, close to restaurants
Location, free internet in lobby, comfortable

It was good but I was under the assumption that there was a tour desk: there wasn't. I thought there was a restaurant on site: there wasn't. Some customers were given lovely big breakfasts and when I asked for the same I was told I could not have it!

Cheap accommodation, perfect for one night. Close to the fountain and dining. Taxi rank just down the road. Staff not as attentive as other places, but they were never rude. Breakfast is served in the courtyard - make sure you have insect repellent.

Great location
Location, Big room, Cool aircond
4.3
We took a triple room where it was big enough for us, fit in with 3 single beds. But I dislike their toilet design, cant bear with the space left behind the toilet bowl, which makes me and my friend feeling very uncomfortable while using it.

We stayed a second unexpected night and had to change room. Our boys (9, 11) and us in another. The boys were moved farther away from us. The phones were not working in all rooms but the staff made sure that the phones worked in our two rooms. We found the staff helpful and the locations and layout nice and quiet.

Value and location
A short walk down the road to the beautiful city fountain eating area, the hotel has a nice courtyard garden where a good breakfast is served daily. A central location for sightseeing in the city.

There is an issue with many mosquitoes in the rooms because the cleaning staff leave the doors open after cleaning the room. If you keep the door and window shut after you spray they seem to stay outside. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The courtyard & room was infested with mosquitoes. Bring an insect spray & use it especially if you want a good sleep at night. Use insect repellent liberally when you take breakfast in the courtyard. Booking was efficient & reception staff made it smooth check-in & out. Adequate set breakfast. Free e of computers at the lobby. Generally ok for the price .

A nice small hotel
Close to river, quiet courtyard, nice staff who are around & attentive
5.3
It was a good second night as I had the room sprayed with insect repellant. There are mosquitoes everywhere. It would be nice if the managemant would provide mosquitoe nets for the bed.

When I arrived my room wasn't ready. The room in which I was booked into had a pile of construction materials outside of it & I told them that I was not willing to stay in that room. It took some time but they were very obliging & found an alternate room for me to stay i enjoyed my stay.
