I liked this hotel. The rooms have been recently updated and the internet is fast which is a big plus in Laos. Also good location near some great restaurants and nightclubs.

About a 20 minute walk to the riverside area or tuk tuk ride.
A little out of the way compared to other places near the riverside.
The pool is great and the staff are very friendly.
The costs of food at the hotel is quite expensive compared to other hotels and places.

Location near airport, 10 min walk to night market.
Hotel is overpriced for the condition of the hotel, needs a lot of modernising.
Has a problem with mosquitos on room, if you are paying this sort of price for a room you do not expect this.
Asked for a double bed- got two singles pushed together.
Bathroom very basic, needs proper shower head.
One plus point - staff are very helpful with what little they have.
