We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 rooms and the rooms were both dirty, rundown with broken faucets. The bedsheet was full of dirt and there were even stains. Disgusting! It's a total nightmare and the price was too expensive for what we got. Don't stay here!

Really nice hotel and lovely big room with really comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good and it was in a nice quiet part of town with good bar/restaurant opposite
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Blue Bananas for dinner. Owned by nice English man, he has got it right. Really nice Veggie pie! Free wifi

Bad Attitude and Small Room
There is nothing "Pro"fessional about their staff attitudes.

It appears the staffs and management don't have any clue about customer service and dishonestly trying to squeeze extra charges. I was so pissed that I rebooked another hotel when they tried to make me change to another room - the 3rd time within 24 hours (all because their staff forgot to change the light bulb which is not working).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Buddha Park is definitely worth visiting.

this hotel was clean and 2 minutes walk from main part of vientiane and the river. breakfast was basic - a boiled egg and baguette.

Great location, good value for money

We were a group of 5 staying here for one night. We really liked the convenience of the place and the chillness of the staff (they let us check in a bit early without any questions and served breakfast the next morning really quickly when we got downstairs). Not the cutest hotel (the room was a bit dim) but great value for money.

i've spend 2 night at the hotel, location is good - close to touristic area, river and downtime. check-in was very fast, check-out, too. fairly good american breakfast. i think that the only downside is that hotel is a bit old and need some renovation. staff was very nice and friendly.
Nightlife Tip:
All nightlife in Laos is located on 2 parallel streets on the back of the hotel, walking distance about 5 - 10 min.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfart is not bad. The hotel located in the city centre, so, it is very easy to walk to the tourist attraction such as Phra Kaeo Hall, Pra Tu Xai etc. and not far from bus terminal.
But in the room there are no basic amenities such as towel, shampoo ect. There is only a bar soup.
The refridgerator in my room is also broken.

You can walk from the hotel to the River Khong
