It could be a lovely hotel if it had energetic and efficient management. But it is tired and rather grubby, with many floor and bathroom tiles broken. I had a huge fridge but no water! and breakfast was pretty dreadful...does anyone really want to start the day with Nescafe?

Most awful experience ever

This hotel (or at least the rooms that Agoda rents) should not be in operation until the flaws have been fixed. The hotel is dragging both Agoda’s brand and Laos as tourist destination down. Got one room with no working air-condition nor running water. Ask for another room and was told to wait for 5 min.to see if the air would come as I already had waited one hour I demanded another room. Got the room opposite, waited for the cool air to set in and for the reception to open the water tank on the roof. Heard a loud noise the water battery could not stand the pressure and water was pouring up in the celling and out in the room. Got another room without asking! Door could not close correctly as the carpet was too thick, air-conditioning was very weak and during the night the water started coming out the toilet. Too late to find another hotel so went next morning to the reception to check-out (still had to more days) found another hotel close by for almost same price (even it was walk-inn) worked perfectly with air and running water. Still awaiting return payment of my booking.
