I stay at Novotel Vientiane. This hotel it very nice and near the center. Staff there good service.When i arrived to the hotel have a little problem.I booking for a standard queen bed. It's cheap price in this website

Nice building, quite like the colonial design. Location from the airport is good but is a distance from the city centre although must add that there is not problem with transportation. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

There should be a better spread of food for the breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport but it is quite a distance from the city. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. While there is not many shopping opportunity at the hotel, there are several restaurant and entertainment establishment just a short walk away. Transport at the hotel is not a problem as there is a choice between having a "taxi" or a Lao tuk tuk ride. The complimentary ride to the airport upon departure was a nice touch.

Not many that I can think of, the pool perhaps?

Odd location half way between the airport and downtown, so too far to walk into town...incovenient. Hopeless front desk staff who do not appear to know what an Agoda booking form is, or indeed a hotel voucher, and a Concierge who will take your bag from the taxi to just inside the lobby door, but no further! Tired old rooms and air-con that is so old that it hardly lowers the room temperature and blows very feebly.

Never again, particularly when there are other much better options (better location, much better staff, nicer, newer rooms) at about half the price in Vientiane. It is really hard to understand how this place manages to call itself a Novotel when compared with other Novotels that we have stayed in.
