Small rooms, noone spoke English.

It was very hard to get any service or advice as non of the staff spoke even minimal English. The rooms where very small and not too clean and the location was quite a hike from town and the river. For the price they charged, you can get better accommodation in Vientienne.

good service, good location

the hotel ambiance was okay. location was good. near the city center. the only not-so-good thing on the hotel was that it doesn't have a telephone on the room, if one needs coffee or hot drink, you have to go to the lobby to make one and bring it to your room. in fairness, the room and bathroom was clean. they gave complimentary bottled water and WIFI was excellent.

Servive tres bien mais chambre a rafraichir
Personnel tres acceuillant et endroit calme

L hotel est bien mais la chambre assez petite et devrait etre rafraichie.Le personnel est tres accueillant.Se trouve assez loin du centre mais pres du consulat de Thailande.Pas de resto dans les environs

c’est un hôtel "familial" dans un quartier assez loin du centre ville (nb: la localisation indiquée sur le map agoda est erronée). il est d'environ 500m du monument patouxay et 800m du marché du matin. l'hôtel est géré par une famille, il est propre et l'accueil est cordial. il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel mais on peut se servir gratuitement du thé, du café et de l'internet.

Wurde nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt, obwohl in der Buchung klar und deutlich angegeben, da ich leider erst nach der Buchung in einem Kommentar las, dass auch der Standort des Hotels gefaket war und es doch nicht im Zentrum ist, habe ich die Buchung kurzerhand sausen lassen und bin zum Glueck in nettes Hotel im Zentrum, die verlorenen waren es wert!

Hygienisch en hotel met een geweldige service
Hygiënisch, schoon, free wifi, personeel erg gericht op serviceverlening. Niets is te veel.

Ligt ongeveer 1.5 km buiten het centrum van Vientiane. Je bereikt het centrum binnen 10 minuten per fiets en binnen 5 minuten per auto of scooter. Ligt aan grote verbindingswegen in Vientiane, en bij belangrijke kruispunten zodat je snel allerlei kanten op kunt zonder nog last te hebben van de verkeersdrukte die soms in het centrum voorkomt. In de receptieruimte kun je vrij koffie en thee nemen en is er veel plaats om te werken aan de computer van het hotel of met je eigen computer. Aan te bevelen voor mensen die het een beetje rustig willen hebben, goede service en netheid op prijs stellen en niet meteen in de drukte willen zitten. Terwijl het centrum toch vlakbij is. Winkeltjes en eettentjes naast de deur.
Restaurant Tip:
M- pint minimarkt aan de boulevard, voortreffelijke nasi, zowel garnalen (kung), kip (kai) als varkensvlees (mu) en vriendelijke bediening. Wel maar een paar tafeltjes dus soms even wachten. Werd door enkele Laotianen geadviseerd die ik gevraagd had om goed en goedkope gelegenheid om te eten.
