vientiane is a small city, hotel is about 10mins drive from the city center, but very few taxis, you can take regular hotel's city shuttle car. its a bit "far" from those happening places. but you can always call the hotel to arrange for pick up for usd5? enjoyed the pool and gym.

it was fine but the Internet wifi was a mess and the overall layout of the hotel was very inconvenient and not logical at all. the breakfast set up should be a buffet, not a menu.

The hotel isn't bad but this place isn't worth. It is not conveniently located so you end up using their car service to get into town- of course this is more expensive than what a tuk tuk would be. They offer a buffet breakfast, which is adequate but pales in comparison to what I've seen at other hotels in this price range. I think you could easily stay somewhere for half the cost and have as good or better experience.

Although this hotel has all a 5* hotel needs, I wouldn't stay here again. It's far away from the city center and there is nothing to do or see in the area. The rooms are big and the staff was nice, but I felt a bit lost in this hotel. Didn't seem to be very busy, swimming pool is there, but not very attractive and WiFi was very bad. I was alone in the restaurant. It was a functional stay

Hotel was very nice and clean. Not quite 5 star status, but close, in my opinion. Included many little things in the room that most hotels forget. Very Complete Gym with Everything You Can Imagine, and very few people using it. Nice pool and jacuzzi on roof. The "shuttle" to town was a brand new black upscale car - and I was the only one using it each time. Felt very "hi-class." Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed with many different types of pillows. Would prefer a true buffet breakfast, but still very nice with plenty of choices. Great stay.

Honestly in my opinion I dont think the hotel is quite a five stars hotel yet! Let me put it this way, there were things that I had to look the other way!! But the staffs were very lovely! Very polite, service was bit slow but very nice and always with a smile which helps! Shuttle service from hotel to true is a great idea very useful, but I think should provide service to and from airport as well especially the hotel is quite new and not at popular location there were some confusion to get there! There are several restaurants at the hotel but I do not recommend any not because bad food or anything but there's nothing special enough and you better off eating out and enjoy people watching elsewhere. The spa this I highly recommend if you got time!

We went there to celebrate our 1st year anniversary. Very happy with our stay, definitely one of the best hotels in town but the location is a little off "tourist areas". Good thing we have a car so that did not bother us. The only hassle is that the housekeeping kept on knocking on our door even though I told her to come back later when we're out.
Hotel Feature Tip:
An ideal place if you want to park yourself at the hotel. Restaurant has really good food, just a little pricey.
