Great location, large rooms, helpful owners

I chose this hotel for its convenient location close to the Vientiane centre, and for its modern design with balconies onto the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was good, and wifi internet access was included in the rooms as well as having PC's in the reception. Staff were helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
At the bottom of the road is one of the best restaurant / bars to chill out at, called Khop Chai Deu .... heavily frequented by foreign residents. Also try the Nok Noy cafe for good inexpensive food on the riverfront road.

Good location and friendly staff

Nice and clean room facing the restaurant. Free internet in the reception area. A room with a doublebed was however provided from the second night. All staff where very nice and helpful from the manager to the reception and the restaurant personnel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
you can take a tuk tuk service in front of the hotel...it's not expensive!

New, clean and modern.

The hotel is in a central location, convenient for seeing the tourist sites around Vientiane. Clean, modern and with lots of light in the rooms, it is an easy walk to restaurants, nearby cafes and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection of asian food but very limited western choices, also breakfast tables were a bit dirty one morning.

Clean simple room with large bed and reasonable bathroom with shower only. Free wi-fi and safe in rooms. All non-smoking.
Small bar area/restaurant staffed by helpful but non-english speaking staff. Breakfast is very poor but was included in the rate.
Be careful with payments in hotel as their US$ rate is awful and if paying by card that can only be in US$. Pay local currency cash only.
Restaurant Tip:
Best international restaurant is La Provencale, some 400m walk away. Best bar is Blue Bananas, owned by English golf Pro, Simon,only 50m away.

New hotel, great location, but small bathroom.
More affordable than the next door hotel.

This is a nice hotel that instantly you can save up 10-20 US dollars compare with the next door hotel. The building is newer than the next door. Modern type of building. Nice atmosphere outdoor dinning space. Some minuses are small bathroom and taste of breakfast. Wifi is strong in room.

Well run property with staff with a professional attitude. Rooms are well designed, spacious with very decent bathrooms. Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is abundant and varied, served both in the restaurant and the patio. Overall a good choice, that makes some chain hotels pale in comparison.

Nice rooms but a bland hotel - could do better

I wouldn't stay here again. Yes, the bedrooms are modern and spacious but the hotel lacks depth. The service is very very poor and the hotel is located beside building sites and on a bit of a dodgy street. This hotel didn't appeal. It has no character, no warmth, no atmosphere and is over-priced for its offering. It's a shame as money was obviously spent on the construction of the building and the decor but the service really lets it down, that as well as the lack of facilities and features. I'd give it a 3 out of 10. There are much better places to stay in Vientiane. Incidentally, no taxi drivers or tuk tuk drivers seem to know where this hotel is located so be prepared to drive around in circles and to find your own way there.

We were very impressed with this hotel. it was very clean and modern.
The staff went out of their way to help us and came out into the street to explain to the taxi driver where we wanted to go.

Nice hotel, staff are so-so

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, no problem with checking in or with the room. It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was not bad, not as bad as some reviews that were written. The location was decent too, within walking distance to many places. The internet was a bit spotty tho, even for Laos it was a bit slow.
