Great location and fabulous service
Well serviced rooms, and a fantastic breakfast area. Easy access to anywhere needed to be in the city - good staff who were attentive to needs. Great access to internet in the lobby

Great location for a new, clean hotel

we arrived from luang prabang and we were extremely impressed by the standard of the hotel and the rooms.
the room was extremely big, the bathroom was fantastic with a lot of hot water. the internet was great in the room, so was the tv with a lot of channels.
the reception staff was ok and the staff in the breakfast restaurant was extremely helpful and service minded!!
Restaurant Tip:
Follow the street up towards the Mekong River. Cross the first street, pass the souvenir shops and just you reach the fence, you turn left and reach a very good old French restaurant, runned by a French couple.

enjoyed my stay hotel is clean with spacious room the hotel staff are really friendly. The hotel is located in very strategic area of Vientiane and within walking distance to almost everywhere. Easy to get alot of food stalls and restaurants.

the hotel is fine and in a walk-able distance from the different tourist spots and within 30 minutes of the airport (by taxi). room is clean and simple. breakfast is okay, not many choices. lobby sometimes are very crowded.

Lovely hotel, central, and quiet

after a long plane ride we arrived at sabaidee at laos and was welcomed by a glass of orange juice and someone to carry our bags. we got upgraded to a classic room which had a large screen tv, was clean and had a shower with hot water running (rare in asia).
the free inroom wifi worked great and was extremly fast also. breakfast was ok - simple yet nice.
overall a pleasant stay in a great, centrally located motel.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to the Full Moon restaurant for a fabulous meal!

breakfast for asiens good, i think, but for westerners pretty poor.
Travel tip:
don't take the breakfast and don't use their car service. Taxis right next door for much less money. Brakfast at the swedish bakery is wonderful.

Not at all what we expected

Staff can use alot of customer relations training, a blank stare doesn't cut it in this market.
The breakfast staff were very efficient at ignore your needs and very good at standing around and doing nothing. Even had to be asked to refill the juice containers.
If you went for breakfast after 8:30 most of the food was gone and what was left was cold even though they said breakfast went to 10:30.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There isn't a lot to see in this city, it seems to a stopover for a lot of tourists on their way to other places (such as Luang Prabang).

we have returned to this hotel two times now. it is very comfortable, clean and relatively close to the restaurants we enjoy. free wireless is a plus also.

On the whole everything was good. Only disappointment is the Airport transfer did not arrive at all. Have to pay USD$8 to get to the hotel.
