The room ok but toilet was not clean. The in-house restaurant only provides breakfast. Majority of the staffs do not understand English well and not able to help much.

Please be aware that the room is not as shown in the pictures provided in Agoda. The restaurant in this hotel only serve breakfast. No Lunch or dinner serve even though they have a "room service" menu in the room...

Terrible staff & food
The room was large, clean & everything worked.

The breakfast was auful. Cereal but no milk, fried eggs (buffet style) stacked 4 deep and all stone cold and fried hard.
When we were leaving we asked them to call a tuk tuk, " No only taxi" OK we will have a taxi. "No go outside in street and call one"
for another 5 minutes trying to get them to get a taxi or tuk tuk we finally left hailing a t
passing tuk tuk.

Spacious, Modern, Western Style Hotel - Clean Rooms

Western Style Hotel suitable for Business Clients. Our room was very spacious with modern facilities.
Breakfast was satisfactory but a little limited in choice.
Staff have very limited English however were helpful.
Hotel is located away from main tourist area, requiring use of Taxi or Tuk-Tuk to get to Restaurants, Shops, Tourist sites.
Best suited for business clients. Not a tourist hotel.

New, clean, beautiful rooms with big windows, nice view

I stay in this hotel already twice and very satisfied. I never been in another hotel in Laos but some people claim that it is very hard to get normal room for reasonable money. SNK hotel seems to be the lucky exception.
