there is an indoor pool inside each room. the pool is not meant for swimming, but floating weightless in the pool enables good body relaxation.
i find the lemongrass incense inside the room during the evening time really nice for the atmosphere. every day the hotel is supposed to change the smell of the incense.
the hotel allows the hotel guest to bring up to 4 persons per room (if i remember the numbers correctly) to the outdoor pool, so it is possible to treat a few local friends to the niceties of the hotel as well.

Love this hotel so much, big room with jaccuzi, very spacious, swimming pool and children playground suits for my kids. All of us feel very happy stayed in here.

overall speaking the environment is good! large living room with large led tv. a long and shallow swimming pool inside the room. auto facility in toilet. the swimming pools on 2nd floor and 30s floor are also excellent. i like the swimming pools the most. through my staying experience, i will definitely choose banyan tree again in the future.

this was the biggest room i have every stayed in. the private mini pool was amazing. although a little impractical in an airconditioned room. (getting out would be troublesome since the cold air would hit almost immediately.)
the coffee machine was very nice. the toilets were fancy. the neorest toilet was nice to use. very common in japan but very different and special for a hotel outside japan and korea. it was amazing that there was even a japanese bath and a whirlpool inside the room on top of the mini pool. the room could easily house 6 people... although we were just a couple.
certainly worth the money and would come back again. one of the best breakfast buffet spreads ever. huge and pretty much everything you would like...

My family had a wonderful stay in the hotel. After we checked in at 3pm, we ordered a room service and the food quality was great. The indoor hot tub was awesome and my kids love it!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Must swim at the outdoor wave pool and hotel buffet was yummy.

I am rather disappointed that Banyan Tree Macau requires guests to purchase items such as the slippers whereas it is complimentary i other Banyan Tree hotels. This does not present consistent service and quality among the Banyan Tree brandname.

Our room is great, but unfortunately at night, there is drippling between the curtain and the pool. The hotel staff respond reasonably and upgrade our room to sky villa and agree for a late check-out due to the time spent in waiting and changing the room. Overall the service is good and the rooms are really great. And the hotel provides frequent shuttle to virtually all the popular tourist spots. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are great too.
