The Hotel is a part of 3 hotels and you can you all the 3 different pools which can fit every kind of travelers. 10 the service at the hotel was extremely good! the rooms are really nice and the pool in the room add value to the expireance. it is a complex of three hotels and there some really good options for food inside that complex. Nightlife Tip: Bellini lounge in the Venetian is a really nice option for night life, live shows during the evening and drinks are not expensive.

It was very pleasant trip Best part is food. Breakfast buffet was very good. It was the best breakfast buffet i've ever had. And It's swimming pool was great. Big Wave pool, kid pool, they got everything. I stayed in cotai suite. the room was really good. Jacuzzi and small pool was good, and got great view. Room service was satisfied very much. Maybe they got good chef One small problem is Casino. If you want to play, I recommend go to Venesian Casino. When you stayed in banyan tree, galaxy casino is directly connected to the hotel. but it's small. Venesian is located just nearby (only cross 1 street) and they got free shuttle bus. The most Great part of this hotel is very cheap. it's only 350 dollar(HK) for this great service.

Couples Hong Kong, July 10, 2012	A hotel with awards. relaxation pool, jacuzzi. spacious and the nice service. 7.3 A wonderful and relax trip was brought by this hotel. with all the in room amenities. and the hospitality from the staff, as well as the spacious room and fancy renovation. had an upgraded to spa suite. All made my trip bright. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: no need to go out coz only inside the room, you could already discover so much fun.

Couples Hong Kong, July 08, 2012	Great hotel for a getaway for couples huge room, great service, very relaxing 9 we've heard many good comments on banyan tree macau and came for a getaway weekend. we love the spaciousness of the room - the pool inside was beyond anything you could have expected from a hotel room. in fact, everything in the room is huge. the bed is so large that two people could have slept on it without touching the other all night. the shower room is built for 2 people showering at the same time - 2 separate sets of shower heads and rain showers, and so spacious that you won't be elbowing each other as you scrub. we had 2 small problems in the room during our stay. the first is about the pool. i noted from the previous comments from guests that we might want to have it turned off during the night so that it wouldn't be circulating water (which can be somewhat noisy when you are resting). when we called frontdesk to have that arranged, we were told that a staff had to come up to the room to turn it off, and we couldn't do it ourselves. i would say this is not the most convenient or smart. the second thing is the light switches. it can be a bit of work just to get the lighting right - the spotlights above the bed certainly should be turned off when you are about to rest but there doesn't seem to be any independent light switch just for them. we were trying so hard to adjust the lighting that at some point the fuse jumped. had to wait for the engineer to come by and get it fixed. oh well. Travel tip: Throughout our time at the hotel we've been telling ourselves how much of a waste it would have been if we had gone out to sight visit or do other things. If you ask me, I'll say don't bother to book Banyan Tree if you are planning to spend your trip going here and there doing all sorts of things. It simply doesn't fit that vibe!

Couples Singapore, July 08, 2012	One of my best hotel experience lovely hotel - well designed, comfortable, host of amenities and fantastic service 10 The moment we arrived at the hotel, from the bell-hop to the check in reception; and up until we checked out, it had been one of our finest hotel experiences. Special mention to the fantastic service provided by Duty Manager who showed us to our room and who came to turn down our bed, all displayed professional, efficient and the most courteous service to us. Thank you all. Do try their Belon restaurant, awesome food and fantastic service.
Cedric T. Solo travelers United States of America, July 08, 2012	Nice Hotel Friendly people, clean rooms 6 My stay was pretty good, the staff was quite accomodating. A few things were broken in the room (faucet handle, dimmer) when I arrived but pointed this out at the reception, profusely appologized and told me that they would get this fixed for the next customer. I had some food at the thai restaurant and whilst the food was good the service was sub-standard. I ate a bit late (2pm) and the staff was spending more time talking to each other and high fiving each other than taking care of customers. There were only about 6 people in the restaurant at that time but it took over 1 hour for table settings to be replaced for people that left as I came in. I actually had to stand up and ask if someone could please bring me more rice (they have rice in different bowls and serve this to you as you request it). Oh, yes, that reminds me, the rice was totally overcooked as well. Please note that the breakfast the next day was a lot better as more people were present in the restaurant and the staff was working quite hard. Restaurant Tip: If you want a top restaurant for an evening (at a very reasonable price) check out robuchon. The food is beyond this world
