Wonderful stay in this hotel. The suite is out of this world with a dipping pool. The design was well executed and the service was great. We also tried out the spa and the saffon restaurant. All are excellent and exceeded our expectation. So far this is the best hotel I stayed in Macua and it's highly reccommended!

Large area for kids in the room. Very big shopping mall! There are kids zone for kids and casino for adult. Btw, there are many shuttle buses to each places.

Overall pleasant experience but horrible reception

Was heading there for a relaxing weekend. At our arrival at around 1:30 pm the reception asked us to return back at 2:30pm to check in as the check in time is at 3:00pm. He offered us to use the pool facilities during the time. We happily went stayed at the pool till 3:00pm and went back to check in but to be told by this horrible staff Jennifer with her horrible attitude that we cannot check in. What's worst is she was speaking to me in Mandarin which I barely understand and refuse to talk to me and gave me attitude afterwards. He then asked another staff to assist us. I find that find of attitude and service unacceptable at a 5 star hotel. The other staff were a little more helpful. The room was nice although a little too dark for my liking. But overall the hotel has great facilities.

heard a lot about this hotel, highly recommended by friends who stayed there before. true enough, it was an excellent choice. one of the most amazing hotels i've stayed in, with pte pool and excellent service from the staff. even caught a glimpse of hong kong celebrity eric tsang! what more can one ask for. a very memorable stay. thanks

i highly suggest banyan tree macau is the best hotel so far in macau!!!
3days 2nights we stay different hotels.. the memory and service is totally different!
banyan tree has the best of everything.. cleaning, service, atmosphere, environment, hotel features, great location ...etc.. even the hotel smell !
nice and clean... !
i don't know what else i could say, but next time time when i come back to macau i will defiantly come back to banyan tree, i would also suggest my fds come to banyan tree to experience it!
