The resort is part of the Galaxy Macau building. There is a separate Banyan Tree pool which is nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean.
Restaurant Tip:
The Thai restaurant is good for Thai.

get very existing when we came into the room
the view is super nice and the room is big enough
The main problem of this hotel is the bathroom, there is some problem with the design of the bathroom.
after having shower in the bathroom, the water flood out of the bathroom and the carpet got wet.
there were some probelm with the drainage design

The room is very beautiful and comfortable, everything is taken care of and you would like to stay in the room most of the time. The only down side is the pool in the room, the water is too cold. In general it is an excellent hotel and I would definitely want to stay there again.

Excellent and luxury room with good facilities. The pool inside was so nice. It was so amazing to be offered the highest floor with spectular view overlooking the whole resort environment of Galaxy, Venitian and Galaxy.

the hotel was located far from the centre, but free shuttle bus to and from the pier are frequent so accessibility was not a problem. excellent swimming pool, gym facilities, breakfasts, everything was great. great hospitality, basically nothing to complain about.

Banyan Tree Hotal in Macau is really nice. There is a large swimming pool inside the room so that we can swim while enjoy the beautiful nightview in the room directly.

My kids they like to swin in the "Huge Bathtub" very much...but they were disappointed that no "Free Mini Bar" Service like in Galaxy Hotel. The shopping mall should have more diversified shops to attact the hotel guest "Stay and Shop". Enhance more entertainments for family group and kids.
Restaurant Tip:
Only 10 minutes walk can reach the centre of Taipa from the lobby of hotel....you may find many restauantes like Thai, Italian, Chinese, Portuguese.....

worth to stay in bayan tree macau cause the environment and services is good , the room is glamour with design , the price is reasonable , the facilities like swimming pool ,beach swimming pool, spa facilities , dining area, inroom services ,gym area . the place is good either with family and children or a good place for honeymoon.Especially book with Agoda
