very nice hotel, both room and and public area
very good service and relaxing environment

we were upgraded to skyvilla, it's super nice. the room is super big, big enough for up to 6 persons.
also, it was my boyfriend birthday, hotel gave us a birthday cake, the taste is not bad.
the bathroom is excellent.
you have to walk to galaxy to take the shuttle bus, many routes go to major destination
highly recommend to a couple to stay

the bed is too soft and the walls and door of the toilet and shower cubicle are transparent offering no privacy and causing inconvenience. the light is too dime. more tissue boxes and rubbish bins should be provided.
Restaurant Tip:
The food offered by the food hall in Galaxy is great.

We stayed at a room with private small pool and it's bigger than what I saw in the photo. Very satisfied with its utilities and it has done everything of what a 5-star hotel is expected. No regret of choosing this. Will stay at it again next time!
