A grand hotel

It's our second time to stay there. It was pretty nice that the room is neat and with free internet access as previous. However, the breakfast buffet's food quality and the customer service was not as good as last time, which there are some rooms for improvement. I look forward to see the improvement when I stayed at my third time in future.

We stayed at a room with private small pool and it's bigger than what I saw in the photo. Very satisfied with its utilities and it has done everything of what a 5-star hotel is expected. No regret of choosing this. Will stay at it again next time!

A super great hotel

The room (SKY) with a big spa pool was pretty nice! The fruit served at our breakfast buffet was comparably fresh when comparing with other restaurants! It was surprising that capaccino was included in the buffet menu, and especially it served unlimited drinks without additional charges!
Besides, the customer service of this hotel was so nice. I forgot to bring along with the candles for my sister's birthday cake. The hotel staff was that nice and tried to find and get the candle for me that evening!
