easy transportation not necessarily found one best western sun sun hotel might not be the best hotel, but if you're not a picky traveler this is surely one of your choice.. good location, the condition of the hotel is also okay, and of course the price is very low, especially here from agoda. i was about to extend 1 night stay there directly, but they charged me twice the price i got from agoda. so i didn't stay there and decided to go to hongkong..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : senado square, ruins of St.Paul and many others tourist places are very close. macau itself is very small, just 2.5km from west to east.. so actually wherever you stay, you can say it's good in location..

Friendly sand courteous staffs. Hotel do not provide free shuttle bus service to ferry terminal and there is no food or dinning at the hotel or nearby. Hotel is approx. 10 mins to the recreation and food courts. If it rains, we will be wet with no unbrella. There is no informations of any pastry or tourist shops nearby. We were surprises when we strumbled across the Macau most porpular pastry factory (Kou Kee) just 5 mins at the backlane near the hotel.
There should be improvement on this informations.

Hotel location is good, very near to main road, transportation such as taxi and buses are very convenient. Should put or arrange seats for guest waiting for rooms to be ready. During check in and out have to stand to get clearence. Chairs should not placed infront of the front desk counter, very inconveniece for guest to quee. I booked this hotel through Agoda, everthing mentioned in the website 99% accurate, Best Western Macau (Sun Sun) located near to most of the interesting places, can just walk or get taxi or busses. The staff are friendly and they can speak English.
