Poor hotel but strategic Location
Walking distance to main tourist spot such as ruin of St Paul's Macau

Bad smell even it is the non smoking floor. Male reception not so helpful and attitude no good. However still able to get a female Chinese lady who is very much helpful with providing the local travelling tips. Free transportation transit to most of the casino at the station right opposite the road to those who are planning to visit casino. Walking distance to ruins of St. Paul's Macau. Poor amities in the room which need to upgrade with the price you paid.
Restaurant Tip:
Walking distance to get good local food.

" A wonderful experience"
small room but relaxing, employees are very accommodating, place has an easy access to different spots.

it's our first time in macau and agoda.com really helps us to make our hotel booking a stress free.. we had a great stay at best western sun sun hotel, crews are very accommodating even they find a hard time communicating with us.. they helped us in all our concerns, we really had a great vacation at macau and one of the reason is our stay in best western sun sun hotel.

the friendly offer to upgrade my standard room to penthouse room-type with a good price,which i feel appreciate on my one night stay. the room is large with very nice decorative and fully with facilities. the staff were helpful and friendly, provide me the luxury transportation to airport with affordable price. would recommend to everyone as the location is just fine to nearby restaurant and interesting spots! good.

a first time experience with good results merits a second stay.
it is still the same congenial staff of filipinos that welcomes you and the place is still quiet yet so close to the tourism center. your patacas saved from bus rides will buy you more meals instead. the park just outside the door is a delight in the mornings and late evenings; the restaurants across are a pleasant surprise in cost and in their assortment of offerings. upgrades will be offered at a bargain if you prefer higher floors with more expansive views.

Fantastic service, great location
Went over and above to help at all times, convenient location, very clean, comfortable beds

Booked on line and had no issues. Upgraded us to a different room to suit our needs, rather than charge us additional cash to get extra beds in our rooms.
Concierge was always very helpful,including looking up hotel opening hours, suggesting nightclubs for dancing, ordering taxis and letting them know where we needed to go.
Very professional
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check other websites, we found it cheaper than through the hotel's website, which they also told us to do!
Don't miss the dancing water show at city of dreams. Best live show we've ever seen!

Nice hotel near Old Town
Big and clean room, in front of a park

i read many bad reviews about this hotel that i was almost scared to stay there. my stay however, was very pleasant. i booked 7 rooms for a family reunion and we were given huge, clean rooms with nice water views. the hotel has free wifi in th lobby, near a park where you can exercise, and only 5 minute walk to old town.

to executive room only paid small amount, the room is clean
and new decoration only the toilet have no door to close,
once we took bath the floor full of water. Next time, I will
stay there again..
