Lovely hotel and service with a smile
The location is good and the room also very clean .also near to MTR station

I very like to this hotel because the location is good near to MTR station.The room is small but very clean and comfortable.If next time i go to HK still will choice this hotel.

Early morning drilling , hacking wall due to renovation and can hear the sound from outside and other rooms guest talking. The carpet are smelly. Location is good, it's near to the bus stop to Venetion and just need 15 minute to walk to the casino.The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel with staff who talks good english.

I had a nice stay at Sun Sun in Macau. Good location and walking distance to Grand Lisboa and Wynn and shopping areas. Staff talked good english and understood it aswell. No room service or pool.

Great Location for walking to Sanado

If you are outside the Hotel, you think this hotel is very old but after you go inside the hotel,it is ok for me because I think inside is renovateded (Look good and Clean)

the reception is clean & renew. they were helpful.they have new rooms on the top but much more expensive.our room was ugly and the things in the room were broken.

Great location and very hospitable service
very accessible to visiting spots of macau, friendly crew especially the filipinos

our stay was not extraordinary, despite the upgrade to executive floor, the room was too small, beds were too small and facilities are very ordinary. It appears the executive rooms are same size and look as the ordinary standard room. Food served should be improved, no other choices were provided during our stay. Was not very satisfied with the upgraded room and additional fees paid for the upgrade.

hotel is near senado square and st paul ruins

i was surprise that the hotel is quite near senado square and st. paul's ruins.
when we arrived also in the hotel, to our surprise, they put some barricades and its hard to enter
the hotel since u need some kind of a ladder to enter the hotel. they staff explained it to us that they are preparing the barricades for the typhoon coming, regarding the good side of the hotel, price is reasonable for its location, comfort and cleanliness. all in all, the hotel is quite OK.
Shopping Tip:
for shopping, its only a 5-10 minutes walk to senado square, where u can also go to st. paul ruins. if your in macau for shopping, this hotel is perfect for you.

great location for a budget traveller
very accomodating staff and very accesible to public transportation

my husband and i were greeted with very friendly staff even
though we checked in past 10pm already.
the bedroom was cozy for the price we paid!!!location wise,
everything is at hand. restaurant, pharmacy and bus stops.
the best of all - its a few minutes walk to the senado square
and walking around at night is very safe and peaceful.
definitely, we would recommend the hotel to our friends and
we will surely stay again in same hotel on our next trip.
lastly, the free shuttle bus to venetian hotel and the other
casinos and malls in the strip is just across the hotel

Lobby can be very deceiving
location near senado square, nice staff, quiet

The hotel itself looks vey nice from outside. the lobby was atonishing with modern look. but look can be very deceiving. Never judge book by its cover. when we arrived at our floor, we were surprised to see how different the look from lobby. its very old, and it smells terribly. the room was quite decent from the size point of view but its very dusty, dark and typical of old hotel. one interesting thing happened during our stay, yes i saw a ghost! well, if u wanna go budget (judging from the hotel price in macau, where extremly expensive), maybe this hotel can be your reference
Nightlife Tip:
There is no noghtlife in macau beside Casino, which is located pretty far from best western sun sun macau

Very Nice Hotel
Near to Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul's

I booked this hotel through agoda around three months ago and I was very satisfied when I check-in in this hotel a few days ago I don't have any dificuties. The bell boy are very friendly and he give me a lot of information what I need about how we can visit some tourist atraction near the hotel. The hotel located at strategic road, so I don't need public transportation like bus or taxi to go to Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
No need taxi or bus if you want go to Senado Square or Ruins of St. Paul
