I booked this hotel through Agoda, everthing mentioned in the website 99% accurate, Best Western Macau (Sun Sun) located near to most of the interesting places, can just walk or get taxi or busses.
Friendly concierge and reception staff. Rooms cleaned to an excellent standard. Rooms are a good size. Regularly stocked. Mini bar - average hotel prices. Loads of 7/11s and stores nearby to stock up on items n food.

generally quite comfortable for us..but, one thing we cannot tolerance is...we found a chinese guy smoke inside the lift..he feel ok for this habit..how come the hotel management admit guess in house smoke inside the lift ?

great location, in the center of everything. it is very easy to find. if you are looking not staying too long and dont care if the room is small, you should def stay here. also it is very to get to from the airport. price is reasonable but hotel is a little bit old. i would recomment you stay here if you are looking to save money.

Great location ,walk to st. paul ruins is just need 10 mins,3 mins to the nearest bus stop. There is many restaurant surrounded,nearby to many souvenir shop (eg.famous almond biscuit and etc.).Hotel room is quite old but still acceptable.

I stayed in this hotel many times since it quite avilable during a short notice booking for weekend. The hotel itself is ok not so perfect but not bad at all. location is k near to shops and food store. Hotel room is ok, hotel staff is ok food ( I do not know cause I never try there).

Early morning drilling , hacking wall due to renovation and can hear the sound from outside and other rooms guest talking. The carpet are smelly. Location is good, it's near to the bus stop to Venetion and just need 15 minute to walk to the casino.The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I had a nice stay at Sun Sun in Macau. Good location and walking distance to Grand Lisboa and Wynn and shopping areas. Staff talked good english and understood it aswell. No room service or pool.

If you are outside the Hotel, you think this hotel is very old but after you go inside the hotel,it is ok for me because I think inside is renovateded (Look good and Clean)
