Good Locality and Clean Hotel

best western sun sun hotel is extremely convenient in term of locality. it's very close (can reach in 5 to 10 minutes by walk) to many attactive places such as senado square, ruins of st. paul's and casinos (casino ponte 16 is just opposite road of hotel). the room is clean, comfortable and the price was reasonable. moreover. the staff was cheerful and helpful. we will be back. thank you.

staff very friendly and helpful. we were offered an upgrade (for extra $) to top floor (15th). it included breakfast (not a lot of choice - but ok to get you started for the day). the top floor was very quite, comfortable beds, small room but very clean and today. free use of the internet & wireless plus a lounge and coffee machine to use on the floor.
staff were knowledgable about how to get around and helped us plan our sightseeing days.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the road from the Sun Sun is a great place to eat - lots to choose from and a menu with English - Staff don't speak English but they are very friendly!

Clean Room, Location on the bus line, friendly staff.

I loved location, I was able to catch bus from the ferry pier all the way to my hotel, only one block walk away from bus stop. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was large and clean, I felt like the bed was as hard as a rock to sleep on, way to firm for me.

The hotel is in good location and convenient. Staffs are friendly and service with a smile. However, the room we stayed is obsolete and a bit smelly. Lack of plug sockets in room.

The location is near to a small park.It's quiet area but not far from the city center. There are many buses passing the hotel so it's easy to roam around by bus.
The room was clean.The staffs were friendly.

the hotel location is good, near senado square (around 10 minutes walk) but the room is quite old and a little bit smelly.
the staff is nice and helpful. wifi is free and available in the room but the signal is not good.
the security is good,using keycard for the elevator.
