Good location.
Friendly staff.
Reasonable rates. Standard room a bit tatty. Stayed two nights - one in a standard room, the next in an "executive" room. The standard room was small and a little shabby (not unusual for Macao or Hong Kong). The executive room was much nicer, recently re-decorated and with a good view across Macao. The hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment, but this is not a major problem. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rather bland, but the coffee was ok!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Good location for exploring the old town. We saw all the sights in a day, on foot.
If you want to travel across to Taipa, get a taxi to the Sands casino and get a free shuttle bus over to the Venetian.

small room and dirty shower and toilet, you keep hear noise from other rooms and toilet flush we were so upset with that room, the room was ok but the shower and toilet was like a 400 baht room in kahawasaan road in bkk, we didnt took a shower that night!!!. about 20 minutes walk to lisboa. when we got there they said our room wasnt good and if we want we can upgrade it to new floor with 280 HKD. we didnt take it

Beds very comfortable and a good location close to historic centre and chinatown. Rooms a little small but quite acceptable We were pleasantly surprised just how comfortable our stay was, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help individuals even when there was a tour group in the lobby. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historic city centre and in a quiet location, we would definately stay here again if travelling on a budget and Agodas rates seemed competitive.

Location to the historic area of town Only one plug socket worked in our room and only one of our key cards worked in the lift and on our bedroom door. The location of the Best Western Sun Sun Hotel is very good for easy walking access into the historic area that features as a World Heritage walking tour on the Macau maps. Even wth a child in a push chair this was very easy and enjoyable to do. The hotel itself, we felt, was becoming a bit run down with a number of things not working efficiently in our room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Many of the big hotels with casinoes attached have free shuttle bus services to the ferry terminal where you can then pick up a free shuttle service to The Venetian.

Excellent Service. Good location. No wi-fi in rooms. No free breakfast. Not posh but perfectly adequate. Furnishings were old but in good condition. Housekeeping service quite good. Desk staff quite knowledgeable, friendly and excellent English. Would stay there again. Located in the heart of Macau, close to the "Square" and St. Paul's. Easy bus/taxi access to Taipa and other areas.

Quiet location within walking distance from Senado square. Friendly and helpful staffs with good english-speaking skill. Clean room and bed sheath. I arrived at 2 pm which I thought it's quite late enough but I had to check in at 3 pm due to the room was not available, didn't know why. The TV was dead and no complimentary drinking water.. min. 50 words

the hotel is a very good option for people who are just coming to macau for fun and gamble with a small budget .. but at this price .. to get a hotel like best western is really a value for money
Travel tip : Get ur money exchanged from a bank near by . really gives very good exchange rate

the hotel is located in a place where mostly everything is quiet close.. if u love to work .. then nothing is far from ur hotel .. the main market and casino are about 10 mins walk.. its easy to get taxi around the clock from near the hotel

the hotel is little far away from the city center.. and u need to walk ard to get any where .. it takes a max of 10 mins to reach any where.. be is the main market or casino.. but the hotel is really worth ur money .. as the hotel staff to give u room facing towards the fountain.. also there is free internet in the lobby ..

- Small lobby. Looks tired and drab We were fortunate enough to book BW Sun Sun Hotel at the height of the Lunar New Year, at affordable rates. One thing I particularly liked about it is the close proximity to Senado Square, a place we visited a lot, mainly due to the retail stores in the area. They have a highly efficient and helpful Filipino staff, and every time we had questions, they delightfully answered us.
I just wish the rooms were a little larger. It was quite small, even for Asian standards.
Will definitely stay here again.
Travel tip : Never hesitate to ask the staff about anything. They will be more than willing to help you.

The location is great, within walking distance to Macau center, only minutes away from restaurants, shops and scenery spots. The room is quite small, service is not impressive. The room rate of Macau hotels is generally expensive. The hotel offers fair price with great location, its suitable for visitors who are after a simple and clean place to stay and more interested in exploring the local scenery and food rather than fancy casinos.
Nightlife Tip : There are plenty of food options at late night around the hotel.

This hotel near senado square that you can walk to senado by using 10 minute. You can walk to Ruin of St.Paul that near senado. This hotel cheap and the hotel'staff have good english skill. There are some smell in the room and I smell the smoke at the floor even thought my floor is non-smoke area. This hotel stand in the good location and it give the reasonable price. It is good for budget tourists because you can walk to the Senado Square and Ruin of St.Paul. Moreover, you can take a bus from the Hotel to AMA Temple that near this hotel. There are a lot of shopping near this area also.
Shopping Tip : It also near the New Yaohan that you can ask the way with the hotel's staff

Friendly staff. Cold at night (December). I spent 2 nights in the Sun Sun Best Western Hotel in late December. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was in a good shape and clean. There are many cheap and good restaurants near the hotel, mostly run by immigrants. Walking distance to the main square is less than 10 min. Location in the "old town" quite good. If there is anything negative to say, then maybe that is was quite cold during the night, and there was no heating (or I did not manage to figure it out).
