The worst best western ever

It was the worst best western i ever stayed. When i first come i was impress with the lobby design it was minimalist but when i saw the room, all decorated is very old and not clean. The room also very small. The bed also very hard, i even cannot sleep well. I ask for and upgrade room but too bad it was full for the first night.. On the second night i was moved to a bigger room and just renovated.. It was better even i have to paid more money but at least i can sleep.
I booked for 2 rooms, in the other rooms where my parents sleep they even gave a towel with a big hole in the bathroom... No deposits box inside the rooms also..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can have a shuttle bus free of charge near hotel everyday start on 10am to go to venetian hotel and casino.. From there also have a shuttle bus again to go to all big hotel near there..

Nice Hotel..Excellent Staff

The service superb..the receptionist welcome us very well.. the bellboy send us to the room..
the room,bathroom in good condition..clean & moderate size.. enough for my family & 1 baby..
Room service also quick & very effective
happy to stay in this hotel for 4 days!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
a lot of unique attractions nearby.. can walk to senado square..macau tower..from the hotel..
if want to go other places,can take taxi or free shuttle bus to various hotel..really exciting in macau

Great location with affordable Price

although the location of the hotel is quite far from downtown, but we do not need to worry because there is free tranportation (bus) that can take us to the prime location such as shopping mall located at the venetian macau resort.
to get to the ferry terminal, it is very easy because we can take bus the ferry terminal directly with reasonable cost.

Warm Staff and Good Location

This hotel is just 10mins walk to senado square and the main shopping district. They have very nice and clean rooms and the main positive thing in this hotel are the staffs. They are vary warm and hospitable during our stay at their hotel.

staff very friendly and helpful. we were offered an upgrade (for extra $) to top floor (15th). it included breakfast (not a lot of choice - but ok to get you started for the day). the top floor was very quite, comfortable beds, small room but very clean and today. free use of the internet & wireless plus a lounge and coffee machine to use on the floor.
staff were knowledgable about how to get around and helped us plan our sightseeing days.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the road from the Sun Sun is a great place to eat - lots to choose from and a menu with English - Staff don't speak English but they are very friendly!

i liked the upgrade of room offered by the receptionist. nice lobby. many filipino attendants which made it so comfortable. lost iphone4s and looked everywhere but found it at the very edge of the sofa -- hidden.. anyways, we found it. walking distance to the tourist spot. nice hotel.

small room but relaxing, employees are very accommodating, place has an easy access to different spots.

it's our first time in macau and agoda.com really helps us to make our hotel booking a stress free.. we had a great stay at best western sun sun hotel, crews are very accommodating even they find a hard time communicating with us.. they helped us in all our concerns, we really had a great vacation at macau and one of the reason is our stay in best western sun sun hotel.

nice hotel and very big room
very near to dry seafood stores

this hotel is very near to the 'Wan Jai Port custom' where u can visit Zhuhai by using this custom. behind the hotel got many shuttle bus to Casino. nearby also got many dry seafood store. walking distance to Tai Pa. but if u catch an ealier flight to airport, then hv to ask the hotel staff to call a taxi for u, otherwise is problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walking distance to Tai Sam Pa, so can eat and shopping easily.
