For those who like to explore in local life, best western hotel maybe is not a good choice for you to choose, more suggesting in macau city.The hotel's best advantage is the location to international airport.You will not waste more than 15 minutes to reach airport. So it's convenient for bussiness function.

best western, a second time
location is pretty good for Taipa, where it's walking distance to good macau food and there're free shuttle to venetian, city of dreams and the ferry.
room is clean and overall it's value for money to spend a simple decent night here...

it's my second trip here and it's really the value for money that brought me back. when i travel, i stay outside a lot, so all i need is a clean place, quiet and a comfortable bed. Best Western Taipa provided that, with a little extra of a decent location. The famous eating district is just nearby within 10mins walk and if you don't mind walking abit further, venetian and city of dreams are just 15-20mins away. of course there's shuttle service to get you there as well. overall, if you plan to stay at Taipa, it's really quite a good choice
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
try taking the hotel shuttle to the ferry, from there, you can practically takeany of the free shuttles to the top casinos and attractions in Macau.

clean, value for money. and shuttle bus to macau jetty.

quite near to airport, venetian and city of dreams, shuttle bus provided to venetian, city of dreams and jetty only. overall hotel is clean, and value for money. is big enough for family of 3. and is easy to take a cab back to hotel from venetian when shuttle bus not available.

the location is quite strategic to find, but its slightly quiet. as i just cant find any nearby restaurant or foodstall for dinner. in fact, the shuttle bus is convenience for hotel guest, but the shuttle driver is a bit fierce. unfortunately that the tv channel is quite limited, not much choices. receiption is quite helpfull

nice hotel
our room is clean and spacious for 2 persons.

all in all i would rate the hotel 8.5 having 10 as the highest and 1 as the lowest. first of all, the hotel is clean and accessible to famous and tourist spots in Taipa Island like Venetian hotel and city of dreams. Buffet breakfast cost us 25HKD only for each person. The only thing that they lack is the free shuttle from macau terminal airport and going to other tourists spots unlike other hotels even in regular days

The hotel quite old and small, but the staffs are nice and comfortable. The hotel is too dark, not enough light, and the space are quite small. The location is good but very difficult to take a taxi, the shuttle bus just a van, not enough place and you need to wait an hour for another shuttle bus.

Location in Taipa convenient for all Casinos in that area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom.

This was my second stay. I was even offered an upgrade to Junior Suite. Staff were helpful and friendly and dealt with every concern (internet, adapters for plugs). Pool was closed but too chilly to swim anyway. Free shuttle to local casinos, airport and ferry. If you are just visiting to enjoy casinos then this is a great location and offers value for money in terms of amenities.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check before breakfast that you have a coupon. You have to buy this at reception as they do not take cash for breakfast buffet.

For me, i think this hotel is GOOD. the staff are so kind. Mostly they have the promotion is top up for $100, so that you can have bigger room. (you can ask the front desk) And the room was so BIG. I like it. Have a nice day :)

The hotel is reasonable value but it should be make known to those who booked it is Taipa Hotel and not Best Western. Taxis pretend they do not know the place and refuse to go there. Suggest a Taxi card be printed on the booking site. There is a nice Casino at the ground floor.
