i have been stay here for twice , this time the room is nice got planty of space to use. clean and tidy room. but the decorations in bathroom falls when i am bathing it is fine i fix it by myself. And one point is that the front desk is very freindly and helpful this time maybe they are not busy

walking distance from the venetian and city of dreams, near public bus stop.

Some guests were noisy. I could hear doors slamming and people yelling at one another. You have to buy a card for your internet. It didn't work at the beginning, I had to complain and they called the provider. The room stinks, the bathroom leaks. I asked to be moved to another room, but the bed is bad.

Dark rooms and poor lighting

The rooms we stayed had poor lighting. We arrived past 2pm but one of the rooms we booked in was not ready as it was still being tidied up. The hotel does not provide free shuttle service to nearby tourist attractions so we had to take public transport instead.

Great locations but the room smells quite badly

Got upgraded to a suite upon arrival. However, the renovations are quite old and the room is rather smelly. Otherwise, the location is great the and the staff are quite friendly.

the staff were not very helpful because they were always very busy when we were there. nice locations not too close to the cotai strip and inexpensive taxi to take to some travel attraction place. the room was comfortable but no wifi and the wifi reception in the lobby wasn't very good.

the hotel staff @ reception is not so friendly.
there are shuttle bus from/to macau ferry terminal and hotel and also to venetian.
the room is a bit dark and its very noisy at midnight as the wall is not thick and we just happen to be same floor with some drunker that keep making noise at 3 or 4 am....
