My relaxing trip
relaxing bed, large space, upgrade, and very quiet at night

I have stayed at this hotel because I was meeting a friend from the United States. We have not seen each other in years and we both met at the best western in macau. I told him about the great rental cost for the room and he was wowed. Since the Hotel was generous enough to upgrade my room it made the trip even more relaxing and we didn't have to blow the bank to stay at such an excellent hotel. I then have extra money to spend for gaming.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you are travelling from other country you can ask for power plug adapter for free so you don't have to go out and buy one. Also ask for upgrade if possible, you might just get it.

Close to airport, clean, friendly staff. Shuttle to ferry terminal.

Hotel very convenient for airport, although dificult for cab drivers to understand name. Close for bus links all over Macau. Checked in late, given smoking room, asked for non smoking but told none available, although didnt seem to be too many people in hotel. Breakfast not included in room rate.
Shuttle to Ferry terminal runs on the hour & was very useful.

Nice place to stay

I have booked Best Western through Agoda with very great deal. When I arrive hotel, I just show the staff my booking reference and everything ready for us.The room is nice. Price wise is great deal. Service is OK as standard. Food is so so but acceptable. Location is great as it is not far from the airport and city.
So on the trip back from Taiwan to Bangkok (1 week after) I stay at Macau and reserved this hotel through Agoda again. We have experienced the good service again.

Simple yet affordable..........
economical,clean,spacious and very near venetian

very near venetian hotel but you need to take a cab going to venetian because there was no public vehicle running from best western taipa going to venetian hotel.clean spacious room.the beds are hard and need to be replaced.there's a shuttle from macau ferry terminal going to hotel but hard to find and only one shuttle so you need to wait for more than 40 mins before the shuttle arrive.receptionists weren't accomodating and friendly.

Best Western Taipa review
The best western taipa staff were very friendly and accomodating. It is quite close to the Venetian Macau hotel and it takes only MPR14.5o from best western by taxi.

Best Western Taipa was an OK hotel. It is located very close to Venetian and offers a shuttle service to the ferry. I found the staff very friendly, but they need to work on their english. Refer the the TAIPA HOTEL to taxi drivers, they would know that it is this hotel. Overall, it's good value, although I wish it included the breakfast. The room sizes vary greatly, so book early. My room was quite big though.

Good choice for budget travellers

Our flight came in past 1 AM, we just need a place to sleep. The hotel is nearby the airport which is nice however the hotel is due for renovation, the carpet and furniture smell mouldy. Having said that the hotel is clean. If you don't have to be around town or the casino strip, the hotel's reasonable rate is suitable for budget travellers.
