the hotel staff @ reception is not so friendly.
there are shuttle bus from/to macau ferry terminal and hotel and also to venetian.
the room is a bit dark and its very noisy at midnight as the wall is not thick and we just happen to be same floor with some drunker that keep making noise at 3 or 4 am....

Great locations but kinda old hotel
Near to Hotel Venetian and a lot of restaurants around

The hotel is just 5 mins from Hotel Venetian, 7 mins to Macau International Airport.
It is convenient to go to downtown and Taipa, the famous stalls and restaurants are just within walking distance.

The hotel was not as closed to Cotai Strip area where major five hotels and casinos located, such as; The Venetian, City of Dreams (Hardrock, Grand Hyatt, Crown Towers) Galaxy hotel, Sands hotel etc. As you have to pass a curvy hills road to get there. But they offers free shuttle to The Venetian with limited operating hours, or you could take taxi. It near bus stops to the city but not to Cotai Strip. You have to walk across quite far to find mini-markets and restaurants nearby. The room was old furnished but quite spacious with basic amenities. No casino in this hotel, just a few slot machines at the lobby area.

It is located local town area and it's a little bit far away from casino hotel in cotai area. Rooms are clean but bed is very hard and just basic amenities...

Smoky smelling lobby & noisy

Would not stay in this hotel again. The bed is HARD as rock. Cashier took her time in checking us out. Not keeping up with the 21st century .

Quit far from airport by taxi it's about 60 HK$ , small room and old. You can play a slot machine at Ground floor. And walk to Venetian casino hotel about 20 minute a little bit up hill.
Nightlife Tip:
Not comfortable for people who like to play casino, but a cost it's reasonable to stay.

Lovely hotel but small room

this hotel room is clean butcompare the price and others hotel in taipa,this hotel is quite small room,and the location is not so good. location is abit far from the main city, which u have to take teksi, bus .in macau have a lot of free shuttle,but in this hotel location,there are not free shuttle, you have to take teksi always.
Restaurant Tip:
nearby this hotel have many restaurant,but not mavau local restaurant,mostly is japanese and others restaurant.beside that,Electric in room difficuld to connect.Remote control for TV not working(must push on TV-set).and the manner of all staff in this hotel is not good.we have call and ask for more pillows,but we have call 3 times and wait until late night then only get the pillows.

Staff are friendly, room is spacious and affordable but need to add more pillow there should be at least 2 pillows in a bed and not just 1. The bed is not comfortable, must improve the mattress. Should improve the taste of food in their restaurant.

If travelling on a budget, room prices are reasonable, it has good location near to other attractions, hotel/malls,

Good Location but rooms need refurbishments badly

location is good, there are plenty of eateries, supermarkets nearby. has free wifi in the hotel lobby.
rooms are small, old and poorly lit. they carpet looks really old and isn't well maintained. with the state its in, it isn't really something you want to step on barefooted.

i was wondering in weekend why they give me such big room with 2 queen size bed, and only me my wife, and my son. after midnight. that was something uncomfortable with us. until i can't sleep the whole night.. as call ghost room. got dog crying sounds.... please take note. and usual i use to stay in this hotel. everything is good. accept this room.
