Location is ok. Have local shop around the hotel and near Taipa village.
Room is big but bed is very hard. Staff is not nice.
Have free shuttle bus to ferry terminal but in every hour!

spacious rooms, bathroom with bathtub, has free shuttle to Venetian Hotel and ferry port.

First hurdle we encountered was at the front desk. Receptionists are not fluent in English. They are rude.
Deluxe room is pretty spacious and clean, complete with amenities. Unfortunately, bed mattress is hard as rock so we ended up sleeping on the couch instead.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check-in time is strictly at 2pm!

It was a good staying night in best western hotel. It is near to Macau international airport with just 4 minutes time.On the other hand,the hotel provides free shuttle bus services to city of dreams, the Venetian, Macau ferry terminal. It's all free but u might need to plan your time to follow the free bus services. Overally, I m satisfied with the attitude of staff and their services. It is value for money.

There's free WIFI at the Lobby area and close to some shops and also restaurants

The hotel is very old and pretty rundown. There is the smell of smoke almost everywhere, even in the non-smoking floor room. The mattress is also very hard. Wouldn't recommend it to others to stay there, unless the location and price meets their requirement.

It is a very nice hotel with excellent location.
Just a 10 minutes walking to Galaxy.
And the room is very comfortable but pity that the pillow does not meet the standard.
P.S. It has a shuttle bus every hour so if you guys wanna take that from pier, better check the arrival time
