Nice hotel its near a lot of restaurants

Nice place to go shopping and dinning and its clean the only thing is they dont speak english so its hard to communicate but they do thier best to help you get to were you wanna go so it was an adventure for me since it was my first time to go to macau.
Shopping Tip:
Bring hk dollar and coins for taxi or bus

Ageing hotel in a reasonable location.

We were waiting at the Ferry Terminal for over one hour with no sighn of the shuttle bus. When we arrived at the hotel after spending $50 on a taxi it was parked outside.
The staff were very blunt when dealing with guests, and had no information when asked about places to go in the evening. The bed in the room with aging decor was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the pool was empty.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Venetian casino about 15 minutes away by taxi is a place worth seeing. The interior is wonderfully done out to resemble Venice, and the Grand Canal Shoppes are wonderful for spending some time exploring. The whole ambience is completed by the singing Gondolier who's rendition of O Sole Mio was an audible delight.

great location but old hotel and dated facilities, bed was quite hard and not so good shuttle service. you could often miss the bus at downtown because of other big buses parked infront of galleria dfs, but overall service was okay and clean hotel... value for money and economy

Staff is not helpful, they charge a lot to use Internet since lobby wifi doesn't work. Received attitude from several front desk staff while a few others were nice enough. Don't stay here, find a better place closer to very south of taipa or be closer to casinos since there isn't much else to do. Just don't stay at thebest western.

room rate is very cheap compare to the other 4-star & 5-star hotels. room is clean & size is reasonable. free shuttle bus service from hotel every one hour starting from from 9.30am to major location: city of dream (a few mins walk to venetian hotel) & ferry terminal (those who want to go hong kong). last shuttle bus is at 6.30pm. there are some cheap restaurants nearby within walking distance from the hotel. there are about 2 convenient stores located nearby too. in the hotel lobby there is a free wifi service.
Shopping Tip:
From Venetian Hotel, you can use the free shuttle bus services to various locations. U can also use the "Boarder Gate" bus to visit the popular China boarder namely, Zhuhai. It's a cheap shopping paradise!! Lots of food too! When got tire,, you can try out the body & foot massage! Don't forget to secure your China Visa. For certain countries, you can do the VISA on the spot but good for single entry (stay up to 3 days). :)
