disappointed experience
nearby alot shops, there is a mini casino in hotel.

the hotel reception is not friendly at all, the room is full of one kind of unpleasant smell, the aircond is spoilt (not cold at all),the bed is extremely hard as if i'm sleeping on a rock! there is no airport shuttle provided by the hotel. And the worst was we book an extra bed for a room for 3 nights but on the third night, the remove the extra bed and claim that we only book for two nights!!! that time it's already late at night and we all were so TIRED but we still have to wait for them to check the booking and finally after almost 40 minutes they added the extra bed back to our room without apologizing is their fault.

We stayed here for two nights.
Upon our arrival, the male receptionist staff were tried so hard to convince us to pay extra HKD 200, in order for him to upgrade us from “Standard Room” to “Family Deluxe Room”
I end up paying HKD 100 for two nights and upgraded from “Standard Room” to “Deluxe Room” instead.
Please be aware, the extra HKD100 are not allowed you to pay with credit card, only cash is accepted.
Honestly speaking, the so called “Deluxe Room”, was a smelly room, the bed is so uncomfortable that I can't sleep, the pillow was old and disgusting with previous tenants hair is attached.
I do not recommend this hotel, due to:
1. The hotel location is not convenience if you wanna travel to Zape or St. Paul’s area. You might end up paying more for a taxi ride that you can get a better service/ quality in others hotel.
2. The Free-of-charge shuttle Bus Service is so difficult to catch when upon arrival in Macau ferry terminal.
3. Smelly room with old pillows and uncomfortable bed.
4. Hotel staff is unfriendly.

Front office staff do not have a welcoming attitude.
When checking out, they should have dedicated staff to handle tour groups and open another line to serve other customers.
Front office should be staffed by English speaking officers. When spoken to them in English, the staff seems lost. Seems like they are only well versed in mandarin.

Great hotel with good service

The service form this hotel is very nice. the first time they offer to upgrade our room because we're go as a family and they offer us a family type room. whenever we need something, the housekeeping staff will send it to out room and it's very fast, no matter when you call them, they will come as fast as they can. and i found it's really nice.
The room itself was quite big for a standard room. also equipped with a big bathroom. The hotel gives us water every day as a compliment,the AC works so well, the bed is soft and have many spaces for us to put our things around.
even though the location is not the main island, but this hotel have a good location because not far from the hotel there's a bridge that connects the main island and the Taipa Island where the hotel is located. And also not far from the hotel, you can see the very famous The Venetian and across it the city of dreams. It's in good location with great surroundings!

very spacious room assigned thanks to overbooking of normal rooms with extra bed allowed, but hygiene and facilities are just fair (tv remote control was out of battery and signal strength was still not good enough to control tv at different angles after battery replacement).
but i must say hotel staff (especially housekeeping) were very friendly and timely responded to our requests. and in fact its location is very convenient as within walking distance to taipa town center and also with her own slot machine room.
