Very closed to the airport It is easy to come to the hotel from every point you landed on Macau. The standard of the hotel is okay. Noise of maintanance was not very nice. Try the swimming pool. At the reception not everybody serve you professionell. If you come earlier, call them before. If you don't call them you have to wait one hour and more. If you wait, they don't inform you, when they are ready. Over all good relation between price and what you get.

It was really near Cotai strip. I think one can even walk from the hotel to Venetian but it was so humid you'd rather take the cab. The hotel was nice. It has a free ride to the nearest ferry. Far from the other places you'd want to go to. Bed was hard. it was a nice hotel. Bigger than most hotels in HK. Employees were nice however, when we asked if we can extend for a couple of hours before check-out, they didn't agree. The TV was not working at the room we were in but didn't move because we were hardly there anyway. There was no safe deposit box in the room. Overall it was a good experience.
Restaurant Tip : Near the hotel is a street where there are good mexican, thai, portugese and chinese restaurants!

1. close to airport just 5 min by taxi around 25 MOP
2. close to various restaurant and supermarket. 1. hard bed, old and dirty carpet in the room.
2. strong smoke of cigarrate all over lobby and sometime from other guest room go thru our room.
There is so hard bed, but the staff fix it by giving us extra mat to enable can sleep with out paint in our back.
Threre is so strong smoke of cigarrate all over lobby and sometime from other guest room go thru our room.if you are alergy of its please kindly avoid to stay this hotel we can headach from smoke and can't sleep cause its location nearby local residence, we hear dog barking all night until morning.

Friendly service from hotel staff. Provides useful information on where to have nice local food. 24hr help desk. Clean hotel room. Very spacious room. 10-15 min walk to the famous local food street. Provides free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal which makes travelling much easier. Plenty of cars at the lobby.

The location is very good, walking distance to the Taipa Village and have many good restaurants around.
Room is quite good and reasonable price, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Many guests smoke at the hotel lobby, the lift and the room. My room is very close to the lift, I can hear the lift open at night. It's not far from the airport and can be reached by the bus from airport(5-10mins). The room is quite good, not too big and not too small. The bathroom is very clean and the bed is comfortable. I'll stay in this hotel again when I visit Macau next time.
Restaurant Tip : There is a good noodle restaurant near the hotel. They sell noodle, wonton. The name is in Chinese (I cann't read). Just cross the road in front of the hotel (the way to Taipa House), You'll see the coffee shop call "Cuppa" on the left (this coffee shop is also a good place to sit and relax), then you'll see a small noodle restaurant and full of customer all the time. It's not far from Cuppa.

Budget Hotel, Great Location and Services. Casino is a little bit small. This is a budget hotel in Macau and it's location is pretty good, especially near Macau airport. From hotel's room, you could have a great overview of Macau city. The services in the hotel also good included of housekeeping, food & beverage, front office and bell-services. The food in hotel also excellent, variety of choices would fulfill every tourists requirements.

The overall hotel look fine, beside those rooms is a bit old. I suggest the room should take some renovation, changing the wallpaper. But anyway it was near to airport, it only take around 5-10 min drives from the hotel to airport. This will be my first choice for business travel.

Very closely located to the Venetien which is the best hotel and casino of Macua standard room was very small. hotel doesnt not even provide an extra bed for standard room The Best Western Taipa Hotel is on the other side of Macau, that is Taipa.
its very close by to The Venetien Hotel.
Rooms are ok. not Bad. Good Value for money accomodation. Have no idea about the food and other services as we stayed only for a night. the service is quite good. House keeping is effecient as well. i dotn think they have shuttle bus service for the Macau China Border.

I' had stayed & booked at this hotel for 5 times in a month.
1st visit i'd met room late evidence, not so serious.
But on the 3rd visit, i'd got the worse room that i used to stay in Macau, it's like a mouse-hole room(room no.1119).
I'd noted to them, is this a quality service to a frequent guest?.
I had 2 booked-visits left this week. If their service mind is the same. It should be the last time at this hotel.

very cheap and affordable i should say that our stay here is satisfactory. we booked for a standard room and find the table to be untidy so i requested for a new one.they succumb to our request and even gave us a spacious superior room at no extra charge! hotel is close to venetian macau.

The hotel room is very spacious and clean. It provided us with space to sit and spread around together as a family and chat. The location is very good and it provided us with a easy access to other places like The Venetian. I had a fun time at Taipa, Macau during my stay at Best Western hotel. It had provided us with an easy access to other locations as it has a bus stop nearby and a street easily to The Venetian. There is also a mini-casino at the lobby that allows people to have a leisurable time that without having to travel to The Venetian or City of the Dreams. It is also near to the other places of eatery to eat their local delicacies.
Nightlife Tip : Travel to The Venetian and City of the Dreams easily to have a fun time at their large casino!

very large room,medium location near Venetian I don't like their service at reception. Room : Very large but an environment is not good. Opppsite side is condominium, so it's not private for me & there is always dew drop from air-conditioner all night.
Location : Medium location, near the venetian but another shopping street is medium distance.
Service : Bellboy is ok but reception doesn't interest to service when I returned key& want to ask for creditcard deposit.
Other : the carpet is always wet,there's dew from airconditioned all night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Location of hotel is very near The Venetian. It's far from Venetian only 5-10 mins from hotel but another shopping plaza located in another island.

Moderate Price, Location ứa pretty good, but out ò the way for everything. Shabby, begging for paint and new rugs, though the cockroaches đidn't seem to mind. Staff rather rude. Thí í an ok place for the money but you get what you pay for. Staff ứa rather rude. Bed super hard the first night. When I complained they brought a foam cover for the bed. Why wasn't it on to begin with? Do they cater to a lot ò monks? All in all , not so hot.

Good Location, Best Price This is the second time that i stayed in Bestwestern Hotel but this time i went with my family. We are all happy with the room, location and price. We spent almost the whole night in venetian hotel and took taxi for 3 minutes to our hotel. It's good time to enjoy in Macau.
