central location close to everything

free shuttle to the ferry had a bit to trouble getting an extra pillow and towels for the extra bed we ordered It was easy to book on line for this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The view of the downtown area from our window was a nice touch. The hotel’s central location and proximity to the major casinos was also a plus. I recommend this hotel.
Travel tip : There is a shuttle to the hotel from the ferry but it stops at a few other hotels on the way. contact the hotel in advance to find out the name of the shuttle to save yourself a $34 taxi ride.

Convenient and quiet location; room is clean. The area is a bit run-down. We stayed at the hotel for one night over Chinese New Year, so the rate was relatively high but still acceptable. The reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. They kept using Putonghua when I spoke in Cantonese. I guess they have a lot of clients from Mainland China. The deluxe room is spacious and clean but fairly basic in terms of decor and facilities. There aren't that many eateries around the hotel; they look run-down and unclean. As it was CNY, they were all charging an additional 20% service charge, which was unreasonable given the low level of service they offered.

very big room with a real big bath room lousy location with nothing around it. other than located in a non-touristy area, with nothing much to see or eat, the room size is a huge draw. it's enough to fit a family of four! rooms are fairly clean i must say! and it comes with a bus that sends you to the pier!
