Good central location near all the casinos

Had a room with great view. Rooms are bigger than other similar 4* hotels I have stayed in Macau. Good location too.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the Macau City. You can easily find lots of big Casinos around. Also, there are many point of interesting things around. Within 10 minutes walking distance, you can reach the Sight-seeing points. Also, there are many Permium shipping centre around. For Food and Beverage, there are many Bars and Restaurants around.

The location of the hotel is good and right in the city centre.

again it was a single night stay. check-in was smooth and fast. room was spacious with large bed. hotel does not have wifi, even room was not having a lan cable. i made a call to service desk, problem was sorted within 3 minute. lisabo casino is very near if you fancy gambling. another local chinese restaurant was around the corner of the hotel operates 24h.

Travel tip:
if you want warming in your room you have to ask the reception desk!

Stuff speak in mandarin instead of Cantonese and English. Service is okay, up to standard but the cleaningness is a bit below of my expectation (or just because the hotel is a bit old). The location is good!

This hotel should not be considered unless a last resort. The price was fairly high for a hotel with this kind of bad quality. The bed was ok, but the largest issue was that a non smoking room was filled with smoke smell from a previous customer. Called for help, and didn't receive much of it... Was told to just open the windows.... Very bad customer service. Had to keep the windows open for an. Extended period of time until smell was completely gone. Was given nothing for the inconvenience, just a sorry and we do not have any other rooms (which i doubt). Stay away for this one, there are many other better hotels at price range.

The room we got was newly renovated, fortunately. Strange feeling with low ceiling and very hard bed. Nothing much to complain since we skipped breakfast and went out most of the time.
