Beverly Plaza Hotel
Room is big,comfortable,toilet is clean and big as well..staffs r helpful..I cant access to the internet but very soon the person in charge came in to settled the problem for me. very near to casino but I don't play so that's not an attractive point for me.

overall is nice..the hotel price is generally high in Macau..so the price for Beverly plaza hotel is consider ok already with this kind of setting and services. most of the attractive places you can go by buses..you can even take the casino buses to go anywhere you want..is free of charge..

Good Location with reasonable pricing.
Execellent location: Located near casinos such as Lisboa, MGM, Wynn, Starworld etc. About 10 mins walk to Senaldo square and other tourist attraction in town. Hotel room is Spacious. Free Lan internet in room.

The location of the hotel is execellent. If your purpose in Macau is solely for the casinos but do not want to spend to much on accomodation, this is the hotel for you. It is only about 5-10 mins walk to Casinos such as Lisboa,Grand Lisboa, Wynn, MGM etc. Tourist attractions such as Senado Square or ST Paul etc is also about 10-15mins walk away. As the hotel does not provide free shuttle bus from the airport, I took a taxi which cost about HK$60. Hotel check in was easy, as I reached the hotel about 9 30am, I was able to access my room by 11am which I feel is reasonable as the normal check in time should be around 2pm.

Not that bad, but not that great either
The hotel's location was quite convenient, and the room was roomy and nice for the price paid. Love how it also offered free internet access (even though it was not wifi).

The room was neat but the bathroom was a bit dirty and old; however, I would not complain given its cheap room rate. Everything else was okay except for the smell and strange housekeeping service. The hotel would do the job when all you needed was a place to sleep and shower.

A night in Beverly Plaza Hotel, Macau
Reasonable price and good location. There's free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal.

The location is very good. Casinos and restaurants are within walking distance. Only 5 minutes to Grand Lisboa casino. Ruins of St.Paul Church is around 15mins walk or 5-10mins by taxi.
It's quite far from Taipa's side of casino. But you can take free shuttle bus to ferry terminal and from there, you can hop into any of the free shuttle buses provided by all the other hotels such as The Venetian, MGM and etc.
Travel tip:
If you're not sure where to find the shuttle bus, ask the Macau tourism officer, located at the Arrival Hall in the ferry terminal.

"Ikea" hotel

The location is good as its within walking distance to all food and shopping. Room reminds you that you are in IKEA.The major casinos are also within walking distance from the hotel i,e Wynn, MGM Mirage and the Grand Lisboa and Star Galaxy. If you are not there for the casinos then I dont know what you are going to do to pass your time. All the big casinos provide free bus transport to the airport and ferry terminals. Staff at the hotel speaks good english so good place for those who speaks only english. Across the pesdestrian bridge is a restaurant that serves good dim sum. Opens from 8.00am.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Wynn provides free water fountain shows every half hour. Should go in the evening. Within walking distance from the hotel.

Big & Spacious Rooms
The hotel room is big and spacious. It is also very new and clean.

Overall, my husband and i enjoyed our stay as the room is very comfortable. The hotel itself does not have a casino so it was not as crowded and noisy compared to others. However, the hotel location is quite strategic to other casinos, like the Lisboa and Grand Lisboa, which are just a stone throw away. Our room had a problem with the aircon unit but the hotel staff had it fixed on that very night.
Travel tip:
A must try near the hotel is Margaret Cafe which serves the best Portugese tarts!

The Hotel is close enough to walk to Fenando Square and casinos but yet don't have a casino within the hotel which is good. Spacious and new room even if you want to add a third bed. Hotel staffs are helpful although forgetful as they didn't remember my request to stop the shuttle bus to ferry terminal resulting in half hours' wait. Bed is hard.
Restaurant Tip:
there are many restaurants outside of hotel providing good variety

This hotel has a nice size room walking distance to many casinos. The resturant had breakfast but it took 40 minutes to get served. They seem to be short staffed as there was a wait to ask any question as well as to check in and out. There are many resturants nearbye that can be walk to.

Beverly Plaza is a great value for money in Macau. Much cheaper than other hotels in the area without sacrificing comfort or decor in the room. It is within easy walking distance of the pier, other casinos in the area as well as shopping, restaurants (if you like chinese food) and convenience stores. The room was very large with a large bathroom and the hotel boasts full amenities which made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel as a great option when visiting Macau.
Restaurant Tip:
A short walk (10-15mins) to the ocean (past the Wynn hotel and turn left along the shore) where many bars and restaurants line the street. There is an array of choice here if looking for something other than chinese food!
