Great location and affordable.
Very convenience to reputable casinos. Very big room.
7
the room is big and nicely decorated. good location, nearby grand lisboa, wynn, galaxy and star world casinos. free shuttle transfer to ferry terminal. too bad the lobby is under renovation from early nov until early dec 2011. the cons is the the front counter staff's service is quite bad except the bell boy. they never smile and do not look at you when talking to you.

Normal hotel with good location
5
the room is quite spacious, and good location to many main places in macau, near the main road and easy to locate. however the bed is very hard and need to be improved and the carpet in the room need to be cleaned as there is some ancient smell.

great location but services suck
5.7
this hotel has a great location very near to 5 stars hotel and casino all within walking distance.
the hotel room is relatively large but the bed is very hard and the pillow is too soft. you will not feel comfortable laying on the bed and sleep.
the service provided by the hotel staff is also of very low standard. the staff at the checkout counter allowed other guest that queue behind me to check out first claiming that he has only one room to check out and have to let me goes first whereas i had three rooms to checkout and can wait.

very poor hotel - dirty, smelly and noisey!
3.7
the beverley plaza hotel sounds and looks nice on the web site details but this is not a realistic reflection of this hotel.
the check-in service was poor and english skills thin on the ground. as soon as we walked in we knew staying here was a mistake. for a night you can do much much better. the whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke, even the linen stinks of smoke. the bathroom was in poor condition with mould all over the place. the air con was weak probably after years of being clogged up with nicotine. room service.... not worth risking! thouroughly disappointing and ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing happy weekend - zero out of ten from me and i'm usually pretty forgiving in these surveys... oh dear!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you like passive smoking this is the plae for you. The corridors, rooms and linen all smell of smoke.

Decent Hotel
Good service, clean rooms, comfy beds
8.7
only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed it well enough. really creepy full window separating the bathroom and the bedroom so no privacy there...but the staff let us check out at 2pm with no problem. make sure not to go to the sauna floor of the hotel...it is not a sauna...if you catch my drift.
a bit pricey.

Great location
nice location, walking distance to casinos and senado square
7
The hotel is under renovation so we had to take two elevators to go to the room. The room is okay except for the fact that the bedsheets are not changed everyday. The towels are so thin and old looking. We were not supplied with coffee everyday so we had to ask from housekeeping every morning. Breakfast is dominantly Chinese. They should also think of their foreign guests who do not want Chinese food for breakfast. Coffee at the restaurant is too strong.
Shopping Tip:
The Senado Square is just a walking distance and offers lots of food choices to bring home. The shops are relatively expensive for clothes and shoes.

The service was not good, you cannot find any smile from every staffs you meet. When we check in, we were being requested to pay $200 deposit. We gave $500 to the receptionist, she said she didn't had $300 for change. It was so funny that the hotel even didn't have $300. Then the receptionist asked the colleague next to her, that colleague asked her then take the whole $500 from us for deposit. How come the hotel can request different amount of deposit from the guest and they don't have any policy. Messy!
Travel tip:
The hotel is doing a renovation right now, the space in lobby was very limited.

Great location
Hope for better times fro this hotel

The service was not so good, we need to wait long time for many small things. The hotel is doing a renovation right now, not easy to use the elavators, sometimes block one part, and on the next day they block the other side of the building.
We had to move and walk along the long way to get into our room.
Morning breakfast was lousy

Superb location from the airport & around the city
great location, from the airport you can ride a bus to lisboa (also mt1/mt2 public bus) then it's 5-min walk from there. the room was clean and spacious.
7
+ reception was nice and helpful, we checked in late around 9pm.
+ you can leave the bags after check-out on the hotel's bar.
+ we appreciate the extra blanket on the cabinets.
+ the bed was hard but with all the walking we still slept soundly.
Hotel Feature Tip:
there currently on renovation so going to other floors (like ours on 12/f) you need to take 2 elavators. first from ground to 5/f then change elevator from 5/f to 12/f.
bus hub to anywhere in macau is just 5-min away.
ruins is just walking distance.
