Close to casinos frequented by mainland Chinese!

I was very disappointed by the hotel. The services was not to a western standard despite the hotel rate being a western one.
The reception staff were sullen and unhelpful.

Hotel does not have any casino but it is just walking distance to other major casinos. Breakfast buffet is nice. Room is consider big. Overall a pleasant place to stay in.

very nice experience for the first time staying at this hotel. though lobby is going through some sort of renovation, but the quality of room makes up for it.
hotel check-in staff quite unfriendly except for one.

Location is good. However, the hotel a lot lower than expectation. Bed is super hard like sleep on floor. Furniture are old. It's clean but look dirty. Very disappointed.

room is big and clean but the employees theres are not friendly enough. their mandarin (chinese)and english language still needs to be improve , still have communciation with them.

It took a slightly long time to check out because they were so busy. Aside from that, It was fine. I have no complaints about them. I woke up to late to try the breakfast that was included. I have no review for that.
