it was a good stay in the hotel but it takes time to check in and block A is not good as campare to block B they dont have the shuttle bus service and the breakfast is also not good the only good thing about this hotel is the location very near to lisoba hotel which makes its good

it's a good location and just walking distance to all most places and it's great to have a shuttle bus to the ferry terminal, only the staff service with no smile and by the time check out take more than 45mins!!
The rest is ok for me will try to stay, when next visit at macau again...

great location hotel to visit casino
walking distance to various casino, access to gold and pawn shop

the best location hotel, not that i like to gamble, but we get to compare all the different casino all within 15 mins walking distance, but not the best place to explore macau.
the reception is very unhelpful,they gave us upgrade to executive , but it's a smoking room, got to pay a lot more to change to a smoke free room, the bed is the hardest i've slept in macau, internet are currently under renovation, although not noisy, but going up requires changing lift.
hotel staff even snicker at small tips given to them, which is another minus point, but what do you expect in a place where rich people are throwing money around. (tips suggestion around the world is usd 1 to 2 equivalent, but obviously not enough for these bellboy, so travellers please don't over tip them)
Travel tip:
if you like slot machine, go for sands casino, they have the most variety and some with fun bonus to play. the other casino have very limited option. also wynn hotel has many slot machine that could while away your time for hours without loosing too much money. and the wynn hotel have musical fountain display at night, so don't miss it.

Nice Hotel with a great location

beverly plaza hotel is next to hotel lisboa and about 10 mins walk to macau's famous places of heritage.the room is great but don't expect any view out of the window.

extremely bad service at reception. complaint that toilet basin broken and throughout 5 days of our stay, no one came to repair the basin. bottled water in the fridge was chargable upon check out but not on mini list in the room. please do not recommend travllers to this hotel.

Great location but small rooms

This 4 star hotel has a great location, near everything. This 4 star hotel price is almost the same price as a 5 star hotel (hard rock hotel). I dont like the staff of the hotel, they are unpleasant and can hardly speak english, i hated that the most. I bet in a 5 star hotel they will be very accomodating unlike this 4 star hotel. I highly dont recommend this hotel. With the price of this 4 star hotel you can get 5 star hotel already.

this hotel can stay for one two night,but the service very bad,talk to client not so nice,always show face to client.
i hope it can solve this problem and make it better.
and for the bath room also got some problem.

Booked 3 rooms for my family and self, supposed to king-sized and yet all rooms fitted with queen and yet they insisted it was king by Macau standards. Room and bathroom was spacious & bearably clean, however furnishing and condition were tired.
Breakfast was ok for the hotel of this standard, don't expect a gourmet spread for certain. It helps to speak mandarin or cantonese as they can't manage English well and quite a bit of miscommunication. If you have the budget, better to stay somewhere else as the beds and pillows gave all of us body and neck aches the next day. Lucky for us, it was only 2 nights and we were out most of the time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Senado Square is within 10mins brisking walking distance. Arm yourself with a map, it is useful and ask the locals as you go along to ensure moving in right direction. Wynn is just less than 5mins walk (behind the hotel), MGM not far off too. Grand Lisboa is right across the street, no lack of casinos to hop.
