Good location with reasonable price
7.3
The location of this hotel is very good. It's closed to Lisboa hotel, 24 hours food court, and walking distance to the city center. We are quite happy with the facility, location and the reasonable price.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you have many kind to do in Macau, then this is the right hotel, as it located in central.

Nice hotel, good location
Friendly staff, good location

There was no wifi, and the bed was hard. The location, however, was really good. We were very close to many big casinos, and to the Ferry. The staff was helpful and held our bags most of the day.

The room is spacious with 2 big beds. But the beds was too hard for me. Room seems to be on the dim side, needs to have more lighting. The things in the rooms (eg. cups & cupboards) seems to be quite old and there's a smell lingers in the room.Friendly staff helped to flag taxis for us on the typhoon day when we were on our way to airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel was on the side of the main road next to Libosa Hotel. Can take the free shuttle bus to Libosa & walk to the hotel

Clean Hotel
They maintain the cleanliness of the room
5.7
Though the rooms are OK, the public places like hallway and elevators smell like cigar smoke, not sure but maybe this is common in macau. The room where we stayed is spacious for us and internet connection is good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It will be better to ask the hotel about the sightseeing trips or have a travel agency to plan it for you. It is hard to roam around in macau since the mode of transportation is mostly thru buses and taxis.

itchy hotel and not a good place to stay
hotel is in a very good location close to almost everything
4.3
they informed me that this hoel is 5 star hotel, i don't consider this hotel to be 3 star. fisrt of all the hotel are not honest to guest by having two tower a and b, one of the towers are discusting and full of bed bugs and dusty old carpets, the other tower they try not to let guests stay unless the old tower is full. we found out because we complained about the rooms and we supposingly paid for 5 star hotel, then they moved us to other tower, which was much better, still the shower for both rooms had problem and the water was not draining properly so you had to take shower with tab full of water.
Restaurant Tip:
City is nice, clean and place full of excitments. for people who like to gamble and others who like to have fun by visiting a lot od cafes along the beach behaif the MGM anf also around the old town behind the Lesbo hotel
