the cleaningness and hyginess are terrible. and i tried to contact the lobby to change a room, and told him abour the problem, he only told me it was not his department's problem, and asked me to contacted another department, i will never ever going back again!

Good Location, But 'rock' bed
Great location, walking distance to everywhere.

The location is just great, just next to Lisbao. Walking distance to major attraction like St Paul. The room is spacious, but the bed is hard like rock. The furniture is old. Will not go back again.

reasonable hotel at a reasonable rate

Location of the hotel is pretty good and within walking distance to main attractions. rooms are pretty well maintained.
Girl that checked me in doesn't seem well trained as she needs to check with someone else for everything she does.
downside: no shuttle buses to the airport. supposed to be shuttle buses to and from ferry terminal but nowhere to be seen at the ferry terminal.

Great location but without heater facility

A bit disappointed due to hotel without feature with heater facility. We are struggling for cold night(<9 degree celcius)over Macau!
