The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to Lisboa, Wynn, within walking distance to Senado Square. And the bed room is clean and quite spacious.
Bath room is small and no free shuttle to Gongbei border as mentioned in web site.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Macau and worth of money to stay at Beverly Plaza Hotel.

The location is perfect; the room is very clean and with lot of space; the bed, pillow and linen are just top quality.
The receptionist has very limited ability for English communication.
Beverly Plaza Hotel has been the most preference of me and my husband among all hotels in Macau, comparing to the price of all accommodations. the location of Beverly Plaza hotel is situated at the best location, with 2 mins. walk to Bisboa hotel, a few minutes walk to Wynn Hotel, and less than 10 minutes walk to the historical place, and the center square. The quality of the room is as well very nice, with all the hi tech electronical equipments. The layout of the rooms are truly superb, with big space. And the mattress is at the top quality, as well as the pillow and the linen. And although the breakfast buffet is not so excellent, but who cares, for there are so many nice restaurants everywhere along the roads. If I go to Macau again, I definitely will book this hotel through Agoda again.

The bed was not comfortable at all. To flush the toilet, you need a little muscle power.
Good location. Hotel is centrally located near major casinos like Next to Wynn, StartWorld, Lisboa and Grand Lisboa, MGM, which are within walking distance. Also only short walk to town centre and major attractions like the Macau Tower. No taxi needed to tour around this area. Shopping for local goodies was very close too. Overall, it was ok.

but the hotel weakness is the corridor of the hotel..because when i go that time is repairing the road so the dust is terrible.
very good place for staying, shoping, night life and casino is nearby and if u like second shop then it is just beside u only..

Good location and spacious room
The rooms are spacious, staff are friendly. Breakfast was good. Good location too. Bed was a bit hard though. Other than that, couldn't think of anything else that I dislike.

It's a small boutique-ish hotel in a prime Macau area. Walking distance to all the big, famous casinos. Very fancy, trendy, modern decor, spacious rooms, cool glass bathroom wall, an angled desk for business travelers, view of Hotel Lisboa, MGM, and the water.
Thin walls. Door slams very loudly. Hotel reception staff young, slow, not that professional. Hotel parking is very expensive at MOP10/hr. SLOW in-room (wired) internet, but it's free.
The hotel is simple, with no casino (which is a plus for me). The location can't be beat: right smack near Hotel Lisboa, with restaurants, supermarkets, and stores well within walking distance.
The room (we got the upgraded one)is spacious, the linens and pillows are of a high quality (they include the egg-crate foam pillows), and the bed is actually a soft-yet-supportive one, not like those hard mattresses in other Macau/HK hotels!
The bathroom has the glass wall, but you can pull down the thick shade. The toiletries are nothing to write home about (your basic stuff). The desk is a somewhat angled one, but perfect for business travels. I brought my laptop for work, and the internet is SLOW (but at least it's free). Housekeeping will provide the Ethernet cable if you ask.
I read that you can late check out at 3pm, but they only offered up to 1:30pm.
Don't park there! It's MOP$10/hr. Park at this huge underground parking nearby (MOP$3/hr).
There's a supermarket just down the street, or a 7-11 nearby. The room has a mini-fridge. It also has a wide safe (fits my 14" widescreen laptop), bath robes, and an electric feet massager.
The walls are VERY thin. Our room has a door that leads to the adjacent room, and we can hear everything the couple next door was saying (or maybe they're just loud; you know how it is in Macau/HK!). And when they come in and out, their door slams very loudly. Luckily, at night, everyone was quiet, so we had a good night's sleep.
I still prefer to save my money and go to Hotel Royal. They also have spacious rooms, free internet, large LCD TV, nicer toiletries, and not that far away from everything. Beverly Plaza had nice decor, but I don't really need all the fanciness. The mattress, however, is the best I've experienced so far in Macau (for anything under USD$200).

clean, comfortable, good service,
smoking allow at the waiting lobby that made the hotel so smoky, should improve the food for the breakfast everyday the same. Lift small
The housekeeping did a great job.The hotel near to supermarket.Beside the hotel there is one taiwan restaurant it serves nice & yummy food.Behind across a street there is one japanese restaurant that serves great jap food & nice enviroment should give it a try. About 20min walk to senado square where you can shop around, a place must go in Macau. The hotel room is big & we feel comforted staying there for 5 nights.
Shopping Tip : About 20 min slow walk to Senado Square, & as well as the new yohan shopping mall.

Location is good, near Grand Lisboa.
Senado Square is within short walking distance.
Room is spacious and clean.
No hotel shuttle bus to airport.
Bed is quite hard. TV is not working very well.
Hotel is centrally located near major casinos which are within walking distance. Also only short walk to town centre and major attractions.
Food in Macau is reasonably priced. Must try the Portuguese tarts at Cafe Nata behind Grand Lisboa. If you want to go to other casinos, you can catch a free bus shuttle from the Ferry Terminal. We had an enjoyable trip.
Travel tip : Can take local bus to Taipavillage. Local bus ride is cheap and at fixed price.Bus route available on city map available from Tourism Board.

great location in downtown Macau & clean
This hotel would be great for bagpacker, business purpose and sspecially for people who want to get China Visa in Macau. This hotel is 3 mins walking distance from Visa agency, grocery shop and major casinos. Hotel clerks have great service and willing to help in no time. During night time, there is not much noise so guess should have good sleep. All in all, I had a good stay in this hotel and would definately stay here again.

Friendly Staff, Excellent service, happy hour (exectutive lounge, Close to shops & Sky Train.
Building is old and needs a full make over!
Walking into the hotel lobby was very impressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful, check in took no time and we were taken to our room.
Our first room was shocking! It was old and the bed was rock hard. There was no way we could have stayed there. We told the man looking after us that it wasn't acceptable and almost checked out and ran for it. We upgraded, and had to pay for it but at a cheaper rate, to a better room. The second room was fine. The bed was comfortable and it had two bathrooms and a living area as well. We ended up staying for the nights we had booked. We probably wouldn't stay here again until it has been renovated. We had just come from the Millenium Hilton (riverside) which is a 5 star hotel so this one was a huge shock to us... Reasonably priced and happy hour in the executive lounge was good too. Very close to Emporium and the SkyTrain

The hotel at the strategies location, just walking for 5 menit to LISBOA Casino, so many restaurant around open almost 24 hours. don't worry for room cleaning. they will cleaned your room eventhough in the evening (maybe you were like me,all night in the casino). I will stay in this hotel again next time if I'll come to Macau )

Great Location, Great Room.
We had a great time staying at the hotel. It was close to the Grand Lisboa where we spent most of our time Gambling there.
You can walk to the Wynn or the MGM.. The room was comfy and the view was good. The Restaurant was no good though and the breakfast included I would not eat if someone paid me $10.

close to casinos and centre square, great staff, great rooms.
Beds and pillows not great, can get expensive on weekends
This hotel is in a great location. About five to ten minutes on foot and you have your choice of restaurants and casinos. I think we went to 3 or 4 casinos on the first night. It was relatively cheap on the weekday nights when we stayed but the price hiked up on the weekends due to the rush of weekend gamblers. The staff were great and the room was newly renovated as was everything else.
Nightlife Tip : Go across to the other islands for a bit of variety!

Beverly Plaza Hotel has very nice room.
There are too many people smoking at the Lobby. Spolit the start of my DAY.
It was my 2 nights Honeymoon stay in Macau. Beverly Plaza Hotel was definitely my choice. Previously, I have stayed there due to work and this time round, I recommended this hotel to my wife for our honeymoon stay. She was amazed with the room structure and it give her a very comfortable feeling. Just like home! Beverly Plaza Hotel will still be my choice if I going to Macau again!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Beverly Plaza Hotel is the center of the New Grand Lisboa and Wynn. There are many casino around for hardcore players. Departmental stores and Food are just round the corner.
