Good location (Next to Lisboa) and walking distance from the Citi centre. Have a shuttle service from and to ferry terminal. Rooms could have been cleaner. Bed sheets not changed every day. Great location. A few buildings away from Lisboa and 15 minutes walk to the City Centre. An efficient shuttle service from and to ferry terminal is provided by the hotel. Rooms could have been cleaner. There was an ugly spot on the carpet. The bed sheets were crumpled. Over all OK.

Rooms spacious, beds comfortable. Hotel Location Stayed at the hotel for one night. I would recommend this hotel because the location is very close to Grand Lisboa casino, which is only 3 mins walk away. There is also a nice taiwanese restaurant next to hotel for those needing supper after casino.
Just remember to close the shade between the room and the bathroom if you are not staying alone.

We enjoy our stay at the hotel, a short walk, less than 5 min., to the Grand Lisboa and 15 min. walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Very convenient to small eating restaurant. Hotel very clean and staff are friendly. Bed too small should have asked for 2 single beds instead of 1 King (feel like Queen) size bed. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and was immediately attended to. The counter staff are friendly and gave several brochures and tourist map to us. The bell boy even show us the time table of the shuttle bus and where to get our Portuguese dinner. The room is clean and have a good view. Would love to come back.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the shuttle bus to the Ferry terminal and hop on to any Casino shuttle bus of your choice... Sands,Venetian, MGM..... Save a lot on Taxi fare...

Very unfriendly attitude from staff The room was spacious and well equipped. However compared to other nearby hotels offering bus shuttle services, Beverly Plaza Hotel lost out in this aspect. Counter staff was not helpful when I requested to change to 2 single beds. She kept repeating the initial booking was for a twin sharing bed. No initiative from hotel staff. During check out, another counter staff seemed nonchalent and I have to remind him to expedite on the check out process. It took them more than 30mins to check the room and return the room deposit. Bad service despite comfort of the room.

Location is very near to many casinos. Rooms are clean and spacious. not near to shopping areas The Beverly Plaza Hotel is located near to many casinos, within walking distance, some within 2 minutes walk. Fantastic for casino-goers. Rooms are clean and spacious. The twin beds are big, and probably can fit one adult and one child on one. Accessible to eatery areas but not so much for shopping. Having said that, you can easily take a taxi from the hotel to many nearby shopping areas. I would stay at this hotel again for the next visit.

Good location, close to everything, walking distance to sites.
Asked the staff how to get to the ferry to the Hong Kong airport and they give me the wrong direction, thanks to some staff at other big hotels, who told me and gave me the right direction, would have miss my flight.
Also, told me to take taxi everywhere, when you can walk to big hotels and take shuttle bus for free, would have been nice to be informed of it as all locals take the shuttle bus for free.
Also, the people in the rooms next to me paryting till 4:00 am was bad as the doors are not well isolated and you can ear your neighbours breathing. Good, location, you pay for what you get, will think about it twice before going back.

convenient, staff are friendly and helpful allowing guests to smoke within hotel premises Found that the hotel is located in a quite convenient location. Easy accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful; always smiling.
The hotel should try to discourage guests from smoking at hotel premises. It makes the air very bad and some guests may become unwell after breathing the air. Should have more staff who can speak other langauages or dialect (not only cantonese)

its very accessible to the different casino hotels around the vicinity their breakfast menu is the same for the past 2 days we stayed. The staff at the reception have
difficulties in communicating with us and other hotel guests who doesnt understand mandarin.
there is absene of free shuttle bus form the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel is centrally located to the city with other hotels around the vicinity area. We dont need to take a taxi to hop in and out of the different casino hotels in the area. There is no shuttle bus that can transport us from the hotel to the airport and vice versa unlike other hotels who give free transfers. It would be best to change their menu during daily breakfast every other day so that we will enjoy our breakfast. But overall, I could recommend to others that it is a good hotel.,

Non-smoking floor at level 15, excellent location just next to Lisboa not much of a view from room, bed is too hard and pillows are too soft I would recommend this hotel based on its excellent location because it is just 3 min walk away from Lisboa hotel and lots of buses stop at Lisboa and it is a location you cannot miss. I could not imagine it when I read some of the reviews but the bed is really hard.

walking distance to most spots you want to visit in Macau, Senado; St.Paul ruin; Wynn Hotel, MGM, Kun Lam statue. Foods & mini market available around the hotel
- Spacious and clean room
- Renovated bathroom
- Small elevator
- Low pressure shower
Location is its best selling point. The rest are OK, overall above average I would say.
I had a funny experience here with their sauna. My wife wanted to have a massage.

Size of the room is very big The place is very near Hotel lisboa only a block away, wynn, mgm & starworld about 5 min walk. also around 10 ,in walk to senado. I stayed for 1 night only. The front desk are accomodating, no hassle in checking-in. The hotel has Block A & B, you should be aware whare is your room located for you not to be lost.

Relatively very clean. Courteous staff. The choice in the breakfast if imporved will also become a selling point Choice of breakfast menu. Nothing for a vegetarian. Staff in the coffee shop could be advised to be more courteous Overall a good stay. Very few negative points about the hotel. Rooms large and comfortable for the price. Location is excellent if one is visiting for pleasure and visits to the casinos which are within walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend the hotel to any one who want a recommendation about stay in macau during a holiday.

We very enjoyed to stay at this hotel coz its very clean and big room. the location of this hotel is very convinience coz only 15min walk can reach the famous Ta san pa and ta pao tai and others. A lot of casino surrounding this hotel. Overall is good.

Good location, friendly staff at the counter, good size room, quick responses to request, no casino within hotel. The bus service is shared between a few hotels (half hr a bus). The stay in the hotel is great. We had 3 rooms and the staff attempted to put us all together, and most importantly, we arrived early at about 11.30 am, and they checked us into 1 of the rooms. The location is ideal as it is accessible to most of the casinos and places of interest. The negative part is the bus service the hotel provides, which is shared by 3 other hotels. The service is about half an hour for a free ride to the Harbour. But you can always beat this by walking across to Lisboa for a free ride to Harbour or to the custom to Zhu Hai. Will definitely consider staying in this hotel again.

Position and friendly staff Hard bed, smoke-infused foyer, and in need of general renovation. The hotel is situated at a great position down town Macau with casinos close by. It is noisy and busy and lack of parking. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. The staff is friendly, making up for some of its deficits...only if the foyer is a smoke-free zone, it would have been a mor epleasant place to stay.
Travel tip : Ask for extra mattress to make the bed more comfortable. Stay away from Foyer where cigarette smoke pollutes.
