Casa Real is a great place to stay. It is 5min walk to the Sands casino and a 15min walk to MGM and Wynn. It has comfortable beds and decent sized rooms. The furnishings and appliances aren't the newest, but they work. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered room service twice and found the food only ok and the coffee delivered cold, but with so many other options Macau it doesn't reall matter. A great value for money hotel.

the hotel very close to everything shop and ferry port to Hong Kong.....Also the hotel have a free taxi to ferry port.
I book for deluxe room but when I get there after 10pm at nite they give me 2 single bed, how can Deluxe room come with 2 single bed I ask them??? I been travel too many country when U book Deluxe room it come with double or king size bed right???I tell them I dont want a single bed then they tell no I have to pay other 50Macau money to get double bed that I want. I tell them it's not my problem if U give away my room to other guess, I have already pay for my room if im no going to be there that is my problem u just cant give away my room. they keep saying thing like I did not tell them that I want double bed in my booking and so on...take them 20 min to give me the room I want....
Apart from the room problem I dont have any other thing to complain about it, the staff need to do more smilling, seen to me they dont smill alot and alway talk in thier own lagi lucky they did not talk anything bad about me cost I can understand what they saying.....
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You need a lest 3 day to 1 week to see the whole Macau, one or 2 day is not enough...

- Near to the Ferry Terminal
- Convinence to travel around Macau
- Staffs are friendly
- Shuttle bus's interval too long
- Comfort of the bed should be improved
I would like to come back for a stay because it is really convinent to me as it is near to the Ferry Terminal and shuttle bus is provided although the interval for the shuttle bus is quite long. I had a good impression towards this hotel because one of your staffs ( bell boy ) willingly helped me to carry my shopping bags to my room when I reach your hotel.
