The fact that the hotel provide transportation makes the stay rather pleasant.
We were given a room with a computer room at a corner was rather comfortable.

Lovely hotel and service is good

Location is good and convenient. Everything a tourist needs can be found in the room such as tooth brush and tooth paste, bath robe, towels, slippers. It's a good experience and will choose the same hotel if there will be a second visit to Macau. It will be good if the check out time can be extended to 2pm.

Good family hotel even with young kids
Very near to ferry terminal

Front desk was very helpful, with portage service, and advices to services outside the hotel.
Bus-stop was nearby to get you to places of interest.
Not many restaurants around but was recommended by the conceige of a good Portugeses restaurant nearby.
Meals vouchers can be purchased with a discount for the in-hotel's restaurants.
Spread was good.
We were up-graded to bigger rooms, therefore it were really big for 3.
Mineral water were provided daily.
Overall an enjoyable stay.
Travel tip:
If you are not for gambling, than basically Macau should be a day-trip visit.
There are arrival/departure cards to be filled in/out of HKG/MFM.
Ferry fee, is on the high side, to my liking, and different charges for different timings.
Be prepared to queue during the peak periods, up to 1:30hours for CIQ.
Places of interest are generally crowded, now with the mainland Chinese flooding these areas.
Do visit the casinos, even though we are not gamblers, to see the architectural designs of the buildings.

Good location and friendly service

Hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal and provides free shuttle to and from the ferry terminal. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are adequately clean.
The only setback is that there is only one non-smoking floor and the cigeratte smell in the lifts is rather strong.

i was given a nice non-smoking room, the room is very spacious and the hotel staff are very friendly. the casino is located at the hotel, staff having attitude problem and no changing of currency facility in the casino. the money changer located in the hotel does not offered good rate, suggested to walk out of the hotel but still not as good as the rate that i changed in hong kong.

that's right way to choose this hotel since it is central from here to macau town or famous casino. very recommend this hotel.

From Casa Real Hotel to Venetian only 10 min, can enjoy your family entertainment at there.

the location is inconvenient

due to a lack of room type, we were upgraded to a suite room. the room was pretty spacious with one parlor and one main bedroom. we only stayed there for one night and we asked for late check out and it was accepted. The overall experience is nice but the only problem would be getting there as the shuttle bus are quite infrequent.
