Very comfortable and good location. staff are friendly but speak minimal english. Thanks to the filipino staff who speak english very well.
Travel tip:
If you like Portuguese food go to Porto Exterior Resto.. in front of Rio Casino. Walking distance from Casa Real

Good location but need to train staff.
Good location near ferry terminal.

It was not a very satisfying experince overall. No wifi in guest room and miscommunication between staff. Got disturbed twice during stay while having the "do not disturb" sign on which was a major turn off.

Stayed for 3 nights. Big Room. Small comfort room thou.
Be sure to ask to stay in the non-smoking floor.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Shuttle to and from Ferry Terminal is free (as long as your not travelling with children). From Ferry Terminal, ride whatever casino you wish to go to, no questions asked, its free. Ride the same shuttle again when going back to the hotel.

Excellent location with spacious room

The room is great, very spacious, includes a changing room. The staffs were extremely helpful, from bringing up our luggages to sharing the attractions around and how to get around. The only bad thing is that there is no wifi in the room. So we had to use the wifi at the main lobby which was horrible due to the smoke from the casino just beside.

Spacious rooms and near ferry terminal.

Nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms.Staffs are courteous and friendly, always with a smile.
The hotel is walking distance to Fisherman Wart and Ferry Terminal.There is also a free shuttle bus to the Ferry Terminal a couple of times daily.

The hotel is nearby ferry harbour, just about 10 mins walk, but the reservation is not clear enough, when I arrived the hotel, the reception is not polite and only twin beds room is available, I said I booked double bed and only smoking room is available, they need to do the air purify services to clean the room, so I waited about 15mins to get my room.

Is a very nice hotel,the hotel located on downtown and very close to the Jetty Ferry, you could spend 10 min walk from hotel to take Ferry to HongKong. but the casino of CASA REAL is small.
Restaurant Tip:
breakfast on the lobby is cheap and taste good.
