My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Real, in a great part due to its superb level of service.
We were surprised to have been given such a high level of service, perhaps becasue the hotel was half full. Whatever the case is, the hotel scored high on our list. Also, location of Casa Real was very good. It was near Sands, Wynn etc.
So even though the casino was small, we walked over to the other mega casinos and returned in the evening.

I am looking for a reasonable price, good location and an above average standard. This is my first trip to Macau and I booked Casal Real Hotel based on the review and friend's recommendaton. The hotel meet my expectation in terms of standard and pricing but I was rather disappointed at the location. I went on a merry go round looking for the places of interest and good food. It will be good if the hotel could provide transport to and fro to the popular places of interest.

The hotel staff is very helpful and patience in providing information on our queries - like recommending the eatery places, suggesting the best way to get to the destinations we wanted to go. They are willing to make the call to make reservations at the restuarant for us. The room is clean and getting around the hotel is quite convenient.

Short visit in Macau
Very close to the ferry station, and also to the food and shopping outlets.Room was good n comfortable

In general, this hotel is clean, staff members are helpful and they also offer free internet to their guest.
It is quite well located and walking distance to many areas of interests, including to the ferry station to Hong Kong.
One thing I like about this hotel is their room is big and the bed is firm and comfortable. They also provide free shuttle bus service to bring their guests to the ferry station and boarder for shopping.

it depends on how you set your schedule. i actually want to go to hongkong, thus, i booked this casa real hotel which's quite close to the macau ferry terminal. you can walk from the terminal to your hotel. moreover, it costs u less when u take the AP1 bus from airport to macau ferry terminal and walk to casa real hotel (i have only small cabin luggage otherwise, taxi would be better for you.) Actually, if i do not want to go to hongkong, i'd like to book the hotel in the middle of the city where i can shop around and find something to eat easier, that should be around senado square instead. everything for this hotel is Okie. and the room is big, the service is good.

I think we have made the right choice in choosing CasaReal Hotel as it is located not far from airport and ferry terminal. They have free shuttle bus provide next to main entrance and we take it to go to The Venetian and ferry. The room is suitable and big enough for three person, which exceed our expectation (normally they will provide an extra bed but here ordinary bed is provided), yet breakfast is not so bad. I will stay here again next time.

Great location and value

Casa Real is a great place to stay. It is 5min walk to the Sands casino and a 15min walk to MGM and Wynn. It has comfortable beds and decent sized rooms. The furnishings and appliances aren't the newest, but they work. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered room service twice and found the food only ok and the coffee delivered cold, but with so many other options Macau it doesn't reall matter. A great value for money hotel.
