Live up to the +ve points in the review
cleaniess;
value for money
7.7
I can reaffirm the positive points posted by the previous guests as I choose this hotel based on their comments:- value for money; cleanliness; good staff;good location etc.
I am disappointed by the smokers in the lobby and restaurant area; especially during the check-in-and-out-time of this 12-1pm slot!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to check your emails in the restaurant for free if you don't want to pay for this service in the business centre.

Most of the staff had a good command of English - they were exceptionally helpful.

The location was good, shuttle bus service was good- the staff were extremely helpful with tourist info and directions ( writing all necessary directions etc in Chinese )The 6 hour city and surrounds tour they organised was great. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room service was very quick.Would definitely stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take an organised trip before doing your " own " things/sightseeing.

nice hotel but didnt match the description
good looking hotel, nice room, good size bed, friendly staff, restaurants were good and had reasonable prices
8
overall a good deal. for the price. there was construction going on while we were there and so if that was the reason for the sauna being closed, then assuming it will be open the next time, it would be a great deal.
as it was, it was a good one. the buffets for lunch and breakfast were both reasonable. they weren't extravagant but they had plenty to eat and the staff were attentive. actually, the staff was friendly and helpful all around which made it a nice experience. our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great. they did say we would have a mountain view which was a bit of an exaggeration, but it was still a good room and it came with internet. i would go again.

We booked three rooms. Two rooms got upgraded. A good start for our stay. The rooms are pretty clean and big. The location is not too bad. It is closed to Fishman's Wharf. To and from the Ferry is just a few minutes. Our rooms included free breakfast, the food is ok, not much of selection. Overall, the hotel is ok.

Stay at Casa Real Hotel in Macau
The customer service provided by the hotel is superb. They are helpful and friendly. One of the staff goes all beyond his work scope to get some information for us when we need assistance.
9.7
Me and my husband was impressed with the atmosphere and environment in the hotel. It looks grand when we enter the casino and the staff are very helpful and welcome us with smiles on their face. They hand us the city map even though we did not request for it. The rooms was big and presentable. Location of the hotel was convenient for us to visit Fisherman wharf, casinos like Sands, Babylon, Golden Dragon and their is numerous restaurant around the corners.
Travel tip:
The breakfast which the casino provided was good. It was not as bad as those previous review provided by the previous customer. I will seriously stay over at Casa Real again if I visit Macau again

2 nights in Macau
The pool was very nice and very clean. Friendly helpful staff, especially concierges.

Looked far better on internet than actually was. Rooms need a bit of a make over, especially new beds. Smoking in hotel lobby, hallways and lift needs banning. The beds are deadly and were starting to affect our backs, which means I would not stay there again.
Nightlife Tip:
Sands casino with lots of entertainment nearby.
