Good room size.
Close to casinos and ferry terminal.
Free Internet broadband.
Friendly porter... did not catch his name but he was excellent.
Welcome drink- only coffee or orange juice... not tea?
Hard beds (this seems common in all hotels in this part of Asia).
This hotel was easy for taxi drivers to pronounce and locate, which is a bonus as they seem confused most of the time.
check in/out was speedy and efficient and staff are helpful and polite.
Rooms are clean and good size, with good TV channels!

Very convenient to get around the island. Casa Real Hotel provides shuttle buses to get to Choo-Hai port. HOtels around also provides shuttle service to the attractions.
Nothing really except that the casino is not so attractive.
You will definitely enjoy Macau and staying in Casa Real Hotel is so convenient to all the places around. I can get to Fishermen's wharf by foot and I can get around to all the interesting attractions by taking shuttle buses from other hotels too. Literally no need to pay transportation! Besides, there is a great breakfast buffet spread that you can eat and last you through till dinner! At the casino, besides playing the card games, drinks are on the house too! I recommend that you visit Macau and stay in Casa Real. This is my third visit and twice staying in the same hotel.

Close to all activities, rooms were spacious and renovated, the breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, meats, breads etc. Staff was outstanding, courteous, friendly and very helpful with all our needs.
Bed was typical chinese very firm.
Our stay was a short one but a pleasant one, for once I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, definitely earned its four stars rating, besides its cental location, the main lobby was very lavish, the hotel staff was very courteous and very helpful with all our needs, the rooms were large and nicely decorated, ground transport ran punctually. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great experience. We will definitely come again to the Casa Real.
Restaurant Tip : The Macau Tower restaurant has a fabulous Buffet, but you must make reservations early. If they are full have them put you on the waiting list, it's worth the wait.

Clean, professional staff and spacious rooms.
Hotel could have warned guest of weather.
Hotel is conveniently located with casino inhouse. The staff is polite and professional. They even gave us a fruit basket at the end of our stay. The breakfast was buffet with a wide range. The room is clean and spacious not like Hong Kong hotels. It is value for money to stay there.

I choose to stay in this hotel because the location is perfect to walk to Sand Casino.
The price is cheap and breakfast is very good for the price that i paid. If you want to save your money and spend most of your time in casino this hotel is a great option.

The hotel shuttle bus runs every 30 mins to the ferry terminal.
The hotel is within a walking distance to the ferry terminal, Fisherman's Whart and Sands. We have to go to the other hotel entrance next to the lobby in order to go up to our room. For breakfast, you have to go back to the lobby entrance, so it's a bit inconvenient.

Location, staff, good rooms
The location was ideal a few min walk from harbor, close to bus stop which takes you into the city center. The staff spoke good english and were very helpful and had good knowledge on the city. The breakfast wasnt up to much so look for food else where if hotel food is your favorite. Besides that good rooms and service.

Clean sheets with modern feel
the toilet is old and worn out tho clean.
Its an old Hotel... so the 4 star rating is most likely an "expired" 4 star rating.. Be prepared to lower your expectations from the usual 4 star hotel standard.
Travel tip : It is literally a 10min walk from the Macau ferry terminal and a 5min drive from the city centre. Very accessible location.

Free Upgrade, Large rooms, Nice pool
A little far from the Wynn.
Exterior needs some renewal.
Offered a free upgrade, which was a nice large enough size for 1 couple.
The hotel itself was nicely kept clean inside.
I think f the exterior was updated, it would have increased guests staying at here.
The logos and most design details of this hotel interior is good enough for the price.
The indoor heated-pool was very nice.
Missed the free breakfast...hh.
If it's a family trip, I would recommend and personally come back.
If it's for a special occation, such as a aniversary, will choose a bit more romantic one.

I've stayed in the hotel three times now, I like the hotel because it is accessible to Sands, Fishermans wharf, Macau Ferry, Airport, etc.
The employees are so warm and polite. It has complete amenities with unlimited free internet access. Price is reasonable and affordable.
I always recommend Casa Real to my friends as i find it really affordable. The rooms are really clean and spacious.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : walking distance to fisherman's wharf and Sands Casino. Has free shuttle to the ferry whole day long. There's also a bus stop close by where it can take you to the city of Macau.

Friendly staff
Clean & tidy both room and around hotel
Breakfast room (buffet style) put smokers next to food area
Generally satisfy with hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Room tidy and clean but no view, only can see the back of other building.
Agoda or hotel info does not provide shttle bus service or time table, resulting first visit we and other people have to walk and keep asking where is the hotel, any shuttle bus.
Food provided by hotel are good.

Very welcoming staff and a free bus service to the ferry terminal
The immediate outside surrounds of the hotel was dirty.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and apart from a minor misunderstanding on checkout over a missing hand towel we reely enjoyed our stay. The room was a reasonable size and the location was an easy walk to Fishermans Wharf and Sands Casino.
The hotel had a resonable selection of cable tv channels but the bed was rather hard
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The number 3 bus goes to the border gate and costs $2.50 placed into a bin near the driver. The casino buses are a good way to move around.
