Free shuttle bus to China/Hong kong Ferry Terminal
Quite near to the airport Other than the Fisherman's Wharf, there's nothing around the vicinity. I've a booked a Premiere Deluxe room during my recent stay at Casa Real Hotel in Macau. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is within walking distant to the Fisherman's Wharf. Taking taxi to the city center was cheap so no problem getting around with your shopping and sight seeing. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite.

The hotel offers free shuttle going to the Macau Ferry terminal. The rooms are very nice and even better than the pictures in their website. They also have staff who can speak English very well. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive at 88MOP and the food was only limited. I really enjoyed my stay here in Casa Real Hotel, they have Filipino staff who are very helpful and can speak fluent english. The rooms are also spacious and has a large television. I was surprised how beautiful our room was it was better than the pictures in their website. Also, what I liked about this hotel is that they replenished almost everything everyday with 2 bottles of water, shampoo, soap even toothbrush. It is also not that expensive to stay. The location is city center you can actually walk going to the Fisherman's wharf. They only have one non-smoking floor but it is okay. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel actually offers free shuttle to the Barrier Gate and Macau Ferry so you should definitely take advantage of it!

Service, Location, Cleanliness & Comfort Level Room is not ready for check in till 3pm with no compensation. Hope hotel can look into some ways of service recovery on this issue though it can't be avoided totally when a hotel is fully booked.
Shower Heater - Heat of water is not consistent. Will discharge cold water at regular intervals. Not sure for other rooms. If it's just an isolated case then it's not a big issue.
Room view is bad but not a major concern. Hotel staffs are friendly & service is good. A range of useful brochures can be found at the hotel lobby.
It is also safe to leave your luggage with them before checking in or after checking out as they will issue you a baggage card with your room number & will only release your luggage with your signature.
The hotel room has big LCD TV, comfortable bed & pillows. Inside the room, you can select whether to "Clean up my room" or "Do not disturb" & the signs outside your door would lit up.
The room service is good as well. Despite leaving the hotel room in the late afternoon, the room will be well cleaned up by evening time. Only once where we've some unique beer cans & bottles to bring back as souvenirs (washed & placed nicely on the dessing table) but was thrown away after room service. Our own mistake* >_<
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tips:
There are a few mini marts & small eating places near the hotel. 2 bus stops down the road, there is also a 24hrs supermarket.
There're 2 bus stops besides hotel with many bus services. Exchange coins at hotel lobby before setting off. Most bus services charge MOP3.20 per trip regardless of the distance. Macau bus services are "loop service", meaning sometimes you may have to take to the bus terminal & continue your trip, having to wait for a short break & pay for a second time.
Cab to & from Airport is by meter & should not exceed MOP50.
Hotel has free shutter bus to HK-Macau Ferry Terminal & to Macau-Zhuhai Immgration (Barrier Gate). There are also free shutter bus services to many casinos at HK-Macau Ferry Terminal.
Paid MOP150 for TurboJet Ferry Charges to HK(Sheung Wan) & HKD168 back, Journey 55 mins each. Note: Abv prices are for weekdays.
Fisherman's Wharf & Sands Casino are within reasonable walking distant. As for HK-Macau Ferry terminal, as stated by many that it's within walking distance, however, in my opinion, if carrying luggage or shopping bags, I would suggest to take a cab instead, costing only MOP13.

Location. Availability of eateries/restaurants in the vicinity. Location of Casa Real is conveniently located within walking distance to the Ferry Terminal, Fisherman Wharf and Sands Casino. There are a couple of decent eateries and restaurants in the vicinity. Oceanus Casino is just round the corner from the hotel. Oceanus is a recently opened casino with brightly lit ambience.
In house casino are relatively less attractive than their bigger competitors.
Travel tip : Walking to Ferry Terminal might be faster than waiting for their shuttle. It takes only 10-15mins walk from the terminal.

pros - location is good. near to fishermanwharf. near to the seaport as well, can easily access to other casinos' shuttle bus. room is very clean cons - the wall between rooms is too thin, could hear next door voice. The hotel attendants very friendly, and fast service. however, the shuttle bus running time is a bit limited (long waiting time)compare to other casinos. However due to the door and thin wall between the rooms, so could hear the voice from next door. Will consider to choose the hotel in next visit.

Location- a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, also near Fisherman's Wharf. Hugh room, excellent service Not much night life around the hotel aside from the Casino. When I booked the hotel with Agoda for a standard room, I had made a request for a room with Internet access. Agoda had replied to say standard room do not have Internet in room. So I had resigned to having to go to the business lounge or lobby to access Internet. On checkin, the hotel staff has notice my special request and upgrade me to a room with Internet access free of charge. The reception staff had the initiative to do thing beyond the call of duty to satisfy the need of their customer. This is what I called great service. I am one happy customer and will definitely stay in Casa Real whenever I return to Macau.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is very easy to get from the hotel to other casino hotels. You can take the free hotel shuttle bus to the ferry terminal where almost every hotels have their own free shuttle bus running between the terminal and the hotel. If you just miss the shuttle bus to the ferry terminal, you can walk to the terminal. It will take a few minutes but you don't have to stand around waiting for the next shuttle.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is not a problem. Taxi are available. No bus system to ferry guests to the Airport. No Ice Machine available for the guests. No additional pillow and blanket in the room. Very convenient location. Generally much cheaper than other popular hotels. Walking distance to the places of interests. Buses available at Sands at not cost (free transportation) to other hotels and place of interests. Food are easily available. Money-changer are available for foreign guests in Macau to purchase local money. Moving around within the vicinity of the place is safe.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Moving around to shop in Macau is fantastic.

The room is big.Like the feature and the hot pool Smoking is the main issue. I can still smell someone smoking along the corridor even though is a non smoking floor Casa Real is a good hotel. The room rate are reasonable and the rooms are great. I'm upgraded to Deluxe room for free and I got free internet access . You can find great cafe and restaurant around the area. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Casa real as its not location is great its quiet and yet full of life.

The deluxe room is spacious with a separate couch section. Quite comfortable. The twin bed is bit small though. Overall, worth the price I paid. The hotel is situated in a fair location, near the amenities. Hotel staffs are couteous and helpful. We booked a deluxe room since there were 3 of us (2 teenagers) travelling together. Room is spacious enough but the twin beds were a bit small... Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Good services and nice room The hotel is located near ferry, sands , fisherman wharf and Yoahan department store.Although it is far from Senado square ,Lisboa, Wynn ,MGM ,etc. ,you can take taxi for only 15H$.The Elite room that I stayed in was nice and clean. The hotel staff can speak English,they are very friendly and always willing to help.
Travel tip : Should go to Fisherman Wharf especially at night... a lot of nice places ,shops and restaurants.
