Well service and spacious room

I was found no booking while I checked in, although they took a long time to settled the misunderstanding, my room was upgraded to a lovely suite at the end for the compansation.

My partner and I were highly impressed by the amenities in the room and the personal service at the hotel. Being a coffee as well as tea lover, I am absolutely delightful with the choices of premium tea and nespresso machine in the room.
The entire length of my stay will be more wonderful if there was free WiFi access in the room, though no complains here.
The only complaint that i have is regarding the bathroom, where water tends to flow out of the bath area and made the whole area and rug in front of the mirror wet.

If I made to rate Conrad, Macao, I would definitely give a 10/10. We were greeted by smiling staff showed up unexpected just few seconds after checking in, showed us one of the 2 rooms ( our other interconnecting room was not yet ready). To my surprise, this room I booked for my parents, was given an upgrade to a suite, thanks to you, my parents really appreciate for this kind gesture. After an hour, we were informed that the interconnecting room was ready, so my sister and I transferred our luggages. We had breakfast at Grand Orbit with plenty of choices. Everytime we were in the lobby, staff would greet us and ask hows our stay. . . never experienced such a concern from other 5 star hotels. Thanks Conrad for making our macau trip more enjoyable for the whole family.

fabulous stay

as i entered the hotel, i was met by a very relaxing and soothing scent, smiling and very attentive staff, felt like a VIP. Ms Kajana, Conrad's guest relation manager, accompanied us all the way to our room. Never been treated like this by any 5 star hotel before. Keep it up Conrad for such a very personalized service. The room is well appointed, very comfy beds, and what was more welcoming, were the candies and the Conrad duck. I would definitely stay here again for my 3rd Macau visit. Really love my stay at Conrad.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try to see the historic side of macau, visit the senado square and the Ruins of St. Paul. Avail the Conrad's free shuttle to macau ferry terminal, then from here, take the shuttle to Grand Emperor Hotel, from here you can walk approx 5 mins to senado square.

It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. We were upgraded to a suite without even asking. The staff is so friendly and helpful showing us around the complex. We really could not find a negative word to describe this operation.

The hotel has extremely spacious and lovely suites and the service staff were all efficient and courteous. My only small gripe would be that the lighting and overall decor of the main hall was rather dim and gloomy. The suites though were very nicely decorated with a homely feel as compared to the sparse and dungeon-like feel of the hotel lobby.
